Very clean room. It looks like a new building. The room was half underground so it was cool. There's a fan which was really wonderful as you could not open the window whose screen had a big gap under it. Breakfast was also wonderful with lunch meat and cheese, juice, many kinds of fruit, yogurt. It was only 12 minutes by car to Zurich airport. There are 3 grocery stores nearby, 5 minutes walk. Thank you booking.com and Dihei! It was wonderful.

Rooms were exceptionally clean, quiet and spacious. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
The hotel is well located just 20 minutes from the airport on the number 12 tram, and less than 100m from the tram station.
Every single member of staff I met were wonderful - very pleasant and helpful.
The bistro was cosy and had a really nice vibe.
The hotel also supports the placement of people with additional needs in order to prepare them for work, which I think is amazing and the main reason I chose to book here.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful it was a convenient 10 minute walk to the station and to the city centre. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable. The outside patio area at the back was a nice place to sit although no views.

This new hotel is situated in Rümlang, just a short shuttle ride from Zürich Airport. All rooms at Jet Hotel Zurich Airport feature free WiFi and a balcony.
From outside the Hotel looks a bit run down. But from inside it is just like a 5 star hotel. Neat and clean with a very helpful and friendly staff.
Easy to locate it and many nice restaurants at a walking distance .Free Parking is a bonus. It is not airconditioned but offers fan which is of great help

The staff were polite and very helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to drop off our bag early to tour burden-free. Breakfast was delicious and made even better by the outdoor seating. If there was one thing that could have been improved, it would be airflow in the room. The windows didn't open and there was no AC. They did have a fan in there, which was helpful, but the room still felt quite stuffy.

During my stay in Dübendorf, I enjoyed exploring the town and its surrounding areas. My favorite spots included the local parks and the charming town center. Getting around Dübendorf was relatively easy, with convenient public transportation and walkable streets.
For dining, I tried a few local restaurants and particularly enjoyed the Swiss cuisine. Next time, I would like to explore more dining options and try some international flavors.
One aspect that could have been better was the distance from major tourist attractions. It would have been more convenient if Dübendorf was closer to popular sights. However, the overall atmosphere and tranquility of the town made up for it.
I would recommend Dübendorf for its tranquility, atmosphere, and convenient public transportation. It's a great place for those who enjoy walking and exploring local parks.

Everything was good during my stay . The reception staff addressed every small problem I had . Breakfast spread was really nice . I got a room upgrade as well . It was all in all a wonderful experience . I would highly recommend it to others .

A well placed hotel to enjoy Zurich and environs as there is a tram and railway station nearby, also with an excellent bus network. Its ideal for a family wanting to go to the zoo for example as an excursion. As the tram also connects to Zurich airport it is a good location for travellors needing a competitively priced hotel within a reasonable distance to the airport by tram. The hotel itself is functional and meets the needs of comfort.
Great location if you travel by car - close enough to the main highway and Zurich city center. The Zoo is only 5 km away by car and there are also excellent connections with public transport. Around the hotel building there are many parking places for free.
The double room was comfortable, very clean, big bathroom full with amenities.
The personnel is very kind and helpful.
Every morning abundant breakfast is offered to the guests. The restaurant offers interesting menu for lunch and dinner too.
Spacious double room, new and extremely clean hotel, very good breakfast, excellent service from the staff at reception and during the breakfast, fast and stable wifi, great noise isolation (our room has a window to the road and we did not hear cars and even buses). Free parking, great towels. After check out we have got coffee to go, some croissants and fruits because of the problem with our special request.
Included breakfast was all you could ever ask for. Good selection, good presentation, excellent quality. The bathroom was a little small, but the hotel and the room are very clean and presentable. The hotel is located within walking distance of everything a tourist can hope to see in 2 days. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises.
After days of traveling, it was nice to easily find the hotel from the highway. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant had healthy choices for both dinner and breakfast, including large salads and vegetarian options. There was a yoga mat in the room which was good for stretching after hours of travel. Finally, the room had good wifi.

wanted to get out of town a little, this did it but not pretty around town. construction around, just a plain hotel no frills but the restaurant was fabulous!!!
The room was spacious, and comfortable even with the extra-bed. Great breakfast. Nice little playground outside (although not too suitable for the little ones). Super friendly and helpful staff.
