Breakfast was varied and plenty on offer. We were cycling Rhine cycle route and hotel had bike room with power. Reception staff lent us Swiss adapters, as ours did not have correct pins.

This is a family run hotel and they really go out of their way to accommodate you. I made a mistake and actually booked the day after my arrival and the owner was able to make some changes on the computer to reassign my booking to that day and find me a room. He also was able to get me a meal in the hotel restaurant even though it was supposed to be closed for the day. Truly he helped make my stay go from near disaster to exceptional. I don’t think this would have happened at a chain run hotel.

Lovely, historic town with a range of facilities
The area was new to us but offered an unusual range of alpine experiences: Up the cablecars of the region for high mountain landscapes (The Guest Card issued by the apartment owner on behalf of the town was great value, giving free unlimited rides on the cable cars); Walks from nearby villages through lovely green meadows (And the occasional walkers suspension bridge); Trips into side valleys for wilder country and real mountain peace; Just over the Lucomagno Pass into Ticino for some of the loveliest of alpine meadows; and down river to the grandeur of the Rhein-Schlucht (Gorge)
Although the hotel does not look the newest from the outside, the room was very spacious, modernly furnished and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
The location of the hotel at the end of the city brings the required peace of mind for sleeping.
The breakfast was very good.
The service was very attentive and the check-in was lightning fast.
You can have an excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant.
Parking was convenient and there were plenty of places.
Awesome place in the middle of the Glacier express train route, beautiful sights all over town. I stayed for one night because I continued my journey down the railways the next day, and this was perfectly located between Tirano and Zermatt. Not too far from the train station, really nice staff and there's a restaurant with amazing food and a good selection of craft beers :) If I ever come back to Switzerland, I will definitely stay here again!
The hotel was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Within a few steps of Disentis railway station. The bed was very comfortable. I departed before normal breakfast service commenced but I was provided with a very nice, extensive breakfast (juice, coffee, yoghurt, lovely fresh bread delivered that morning, meat and cheese (cereals were also available)) in the dining room before I left. The person I was dealing with was friendly and helpful.
Hotel Alpsu was a great hotel to provide a starting point for hikes and exploration of the area near the Oberalp Pass. We had dinner once, with capuns, which were amazing and enjoyed the variety of wines and after dinner drinks. The wonderful weather didn't hurt the experience at all.
Hotel La Furca, was just fab, the staff were all amazing and most helpful. Bisera, Albin & Edin were all very friendly and amazing hosts.
Good value for this area of Switzerland.

Great apartment- fantastic location if youre happy to eat at home. disentis is great for families with kids who. an ski well already. we were lucky and it snowed most evenings.
Good location to access Sogn Gions, Disentis Abbay or the railway station. The young man was so kind and friendly as to help me to move my suitcase into my room.
The stay was just excellent as the location was very good, the accommodation was fantastic with all the facilities. The kitchen was very well equipped.
