The staff were friendly and helpful We request train tickets and they went out of their way to explain which trains to take and what the times were and make sure we didnt miss the trains.

We showed up to the property via organized car from the hotel and were extremely impressed immediately by the service. The hotel itself exudes luxury yet so cozy with fires going. We have two young kids that were so happy with the cozy nook they had in our room with their own beds. We were on a 3 week vacation in Italy and Switzerland and had the best meals here.
Just 200 metres from the centre of Zuoz and a few minutes' walk from the train station, Hotel Allegra enjoys a quiet location next to the cross-country skiing tracks and the golf course.
