The location on the very edge of Lake Lucerne is amazing. The hotel is not far from the motorway and is not difficult to find. All of the staff were very good. The restaurant was also good.

Excellent rooms and location. Secure underground parking included. Staff are very friendly and helpful especially those in reception. Food was very good and the atmosphere on the terrace for dinner and drinks with a view of the golf course and the lake on the nighttime was outstanding.

Best view of lake and walking areas to parks with a good childrens park nearby. Nice to see old swiss building and customs Public transport good with bus to Stans and from there train to Lucern and Ettenbergen mountain area. Also nice cafes at nearby Beckenreid on lake . Close to tracks for mountain walking .
Location was great, so was the room and the view from the room was spectacular. We enjoyed the walks around the Hotel which gives straight to Lake Luzerne. The Italianer, the Hotel's restaurant is actually excellent. You can sit and enjoy dinner by the Lake. It was really romantic. Access to Luzerne (City) is easy if you have a car. If you visit Luzerne I suggest you use the car park at the Central Train Station and avoid using the motorway, its nicer driving along the secondary roads.
Very friendly, traditional style hotel (it's kind of old-fashioned but not at all faded, it's really fresh). Room was small but comfortable and clean and prices are lower than comparable hotels in the region. Restaurant is exceptional, I consider it one of the best in the Lucerne area. I rate Sternen highly because of staff, atmosphere and food.
The location was ideal being directly on the lake front, The room was comfortable, very clean and had good views from the windows. we were met outside the hotel on arival by a waiter who directed us very abruptly, to a car parking area at the rear of the hotel.
The view from the room and the hotel is right in front of Lucerne lake and The man at the reception was super nice with his answers and changed the room for us after complaining about the shower.
Decent stay for staying 1 night on your trip towards Italy (to be early at the Gotthard tunnel). Ask to prepare a lunch box if you leave early (lots of ham 😄).

The hotel is appx. 10 mins by Bus from Stans station. The hotel is located in nice and quiet locality. Room was nice and clean. Staff were polite and courteous. Buffet Breakfast was good.
Amazing location in the cutest town!! The hotel beds were very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was great! We stayed for two nights and wish we had one more.
