Key procedure was very simple in absence of someone at reception (we arrived on the weekend).
The location is very good if you’re passing through for a night. We actually did an evening in the center of Bern, which is only a 15m drive.
The room was good, and the price point very decent, especially for Switzerland.

Everything! The room was comfortable and creative. Shared space (kitchen, lounge, game room) were great. Great amenities with the tea, coffee, spreads and fridge storage. Staff were great.

Great location, in the middle of the busy area of the city but still very quiet in the rooms. There was daily room cleaning which was very nice.
The staff at reception were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was good and on par with other hotels in Switzerland (yogurt, cereals, juices, croissants, bread, boiled eggs, cured meats and fruits). There was not many gluten free options in the breakfast for my partner.

The hotel is new, so in perfect condition. The rooms are nicely decorated, and big enough. All necessary commodities are available (safe, hair-dryer, shower products, water to drink...). The bathroom is modern and light. The staff are very helpful and speak multiple languages. There is a restaurant, bar, and pastry shop on-site. And plenty of parking. It is right on the airport runway, but the windows are so well insulated that if you keep the window closed you won't hear a thing!
All I expect from a motel: Clean room, big enough, simple but still comfortable. Close to a railway, btu with closed windows (weather was good for this) this wasn't disturbing at all. A friendly welcome at the reception. Close enough to a motorway, close to Bern Belp airport, but still all in all a quiet place to stay.
I knew there would be no breakfast = not perfect, but acceptable, and a good breakfast was found soon after leaving the motel.
The communication by the hotel was very good, they clearly state the details, we didn‘t really need to go to reception, we found the place easily by car, but the hotel is located in an industrial zone and no shops around. But we have been informed about it by the hotel.
The room size is very good for 2 ppl and we had a very nice view to the mountains.
The room I was given was very spacious. The hotel seems to be new. Everything is very clean. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and spoke multiple languages. Despite being right by the airport, the rooms were very quiet (well insulated). Comfy bed, well equiped. Nice restaurant with light food available all day, and full menu at meal hours.
The apartment is great to save money as it has a kitchen and utensils to cook and store food easily.
The train station of Belp is right in front of the building, so moving to Bern and Zurich was quite easy.
There are two big supermarkets nearby. One can be reached by walking about 10 minutes and the other one is one train stop away.

Despite there being some unfortunate, "accidental" problems (which can just happen), the hotel administration was eager to listen to our concerns and resolve them.
The room is new and modern. However it’s newly built that the corridor was still raw with rolls of coverings, not even carpeted. I personally think they should have specified it in the booking page so that we can decide if we want to stay in this near completion hotel.
Checking in was a problem as the code number didn't work. A couple behind me had similar problems. The telephone helpline was very good and helped solve the problem although I like to meet real people when I check into hotel. Everything else was very good.
The location of the hotel has beautiful views.The location is very close to the highway. Not very far from Bern and also places like Interlaken are just 80 km away.

It really comes with lots of facilities in the kitchen so the stay in switzerland ca be very cheap. The room was clean, mattress very confortable and the hotel is silent even just near the rail station.
The location is good from the accessibility point of view as the train station is in front of the hotel, the rooms are bigger and we get a kitchenette and all inside the room which is great.
