It is with great feelings to live in, it is exceptional comfortable, quiet and clean, and with perfect breakfast. Newly renovated so everything is fresh, but good traditions and original styles are well throughly preserved. Located in the very appropriate location where you can see all the three mountains.

To start, i cannot find the words to describe the view from the hotel. It was one of the best views i’ve ever seen in my entire life.
The hotel is located up in the mountains but it is accessible by car and they provide Free parking lots.
We received the check in information before our stay and everything was smooth. The staff are really friendly and professional.
All facilities are clean.
Although there is no fridge in the room, each floor has a common one where u can put your food and label it. You have also an ironing table to use in the lobby.
The last day was sunny so we enjoyed our breakfast outdoors.
You can enjoy the walk around the hotel.
I loved waking up hearing the bells on the cows.
I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. Thank you.

Little wait to be checked in after a 9 hour drive but when we were checked in it was fast and efficient. Great views and breakfast room was very generous and the Spa was lovely. The bar menu for eating was limited in the evening but the view from the terrace was breathtaking.

The room was clean, modern and spacious. Especially the balcony was a highlight with beautiful views over the garden and the lake.
The Spa was not the biggest but the pools were super nice and I highly appreciated the selection of 2 separate sauna areas: 1 with swimming wear and 1 without.
We ate dinner in the Thai restaurant and were amazed by the authentic Thai tastes.
Breakfast was good but with a really bad coffee.
Pro tip: Order the coffee from the bar. You pay for it but it is worth it. :)

Quiet little town with excellent links to neighbouring larger towns. Many farms in the neighbourhood have a wee fridge containing their own cheese or smoked sausage etc. Simply pay at their honesty box and enjoy the flavours of the local countryside….ready made picnics for our walks.

Beautiful village, the landscape is breathtaking. People are very nice; good service in all shops; The Graber bakery is one of a kind - simply delicious. Very calm atmosphere, relaxing and wreath a second visit!
Location was outstanding - in cool, tranquil, clean and peaceful surroundings with magnificent views of the mountains and countryside when the weather permitted. The host was exceptionally generous, allowing me as a 'long-stay' guest to have use of the hotel's fridge and coffee machine. I was also given a complementary bus pass for the 6 days I was a guest. Breakfasts were 100% with magnificent choices and top quality boiled and scrambled eggs cooked to perfection!
The location is excellent, in the beautiful village of Aeschi, just a short journey from Interlaken. Our room was big and spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We also had a balcony, so had an amazing view of the alps and the surrounding areas. The breakfasts were delicious and freshly prepared and just what we needed to start the day. Thanks to Theo and Beatrice for being so welcoming and helping us with planning our time in Aeschi.
The location of Hotel Sunnmatt is just amazing, a short car / bus ride from Spiez and the lake, but high enough up to enjoy alpine meadows with glimpses of the high mountains. The owners, Theo and his wife, are lovely. The hotel is simply furnished, breakfast is continental style, but perfectly adequate. Aeschi is a lovely little village with the basic amenities you need, supermarket, restaurant / bar, bakery, bank.
The location of the hotel is exceptionally well placed within the region of Interlaken, within a small village right at the mountains. The views from the bedroom were spectacular. Additionally they didn't charge for bringing our dog. The breakfast was phenomenal and in a very cozy and beautiful room, with another nice views. The hotel staff was super nice as well! Highly recommended.
What a gem of a hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, overlooking the lake and a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and well maintained. The balcony was a great retreat. The food was delicious for, both, breakfast and dinner. The playground offered lots of fun for our son. We truly had a wonderful stay!
A very cosy hotel in the mountains. Location is great, a free standing building with pastures around, very friendly and helpfull staff, breakfast is very good (ever seen such a choice of cheeses). Plenty of parking places. But beware - Google Maps tries to guide you to a neighbour backyard, look out for the road signs.
One of the best hotel views I’ve seen. The location is spectacular. the staff was super helpful and the owner was such a kind lady, she served us meat and cheese herself during breakfast. Highly recommended! it’s kid friendly as well, my 1.6 year old daughter enjoyed a lot on the swings outside.

The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, the terrace is a place you can spend hours on. It is in a relatively remote location, so you do feel like you are in the mountains. The restaurant was also pleasant even if a bit expensive. I would definitely stay here again.
The view from the balcony is beautiful. The room is comfortable with all the equipment (Kitchen utilities, towels, toiletries etc). The host was very kind and helpful. Supermarket and Pizza Restaurant just opposite the Hotel. Interlaken, Frutigen are just 15-20 min drive.
A basic and good equipped room, with beautiful view. The place is quite old and would need some renewal. But for that price it was ok. There is a parking garage, but places are limited and if you have a bigger car, it might be a bit challenging but not impossible.
Very cute little hotel. You wouldn't expect the elevator here at all! The location was very great for us for one night stay on the way to France. You would not regret the view in the morning and the smell of the fresh air! I wish we could spend more time here.
