Wonderful little place. We stayed there at the end of September and the location was very quiet with nearly no road noise. The location within the town can't be beat and although we dined elsewhere, the restaurant on the first floor seemed to be busy and in good order.

Good quiet position which was easy to find. Way 10 minute stroll to centre where lots of restaurants available.
Greeted on arrival by Ken who was very friendly and very informative. Very nice homely feel.
Room was large and spotlessly clean as was the en-suite. Lovely themed furnishings.
Excellent home cooked breakfast and nice easy going and relaxed chat with Ken and Les.

Great location, only a couple minutes from the ferry landing. Quiet & peaceful - no hustle & bustle. Great for a getaway but if you don't love the outdoors (beaches, hikes) or end up there when it is raining there isn't anything else to do.

Horrible hotel, noise kept up awake all night as no soundproofing between rooms which the owners knew about. Did not honor the booking.com price and charged us more even though we had had a terrible night.
Would avoid this hotel at all cost!
