Located in a quiet suburb with parking available. Amazing multilevel garden wth waterfall, pond, coy and seasonal plantings which guests are invited to enjoy. House was very clean, room was large and handsomely furnished; bed was very comfortable. Nice extra touches. The supplies of coffee, tea and little snacks was generous. We had the shared kitchen to ourselves. Very quiet. Nice location near U of W, St Jacob’s etc. Comfy slippers.
The location and cleanliness of the unit! When I first arrived there was no clear-cut parking designated. Found out unit didn't have a parking space slotted. Had a hard time opening the lock box. Was not left a note for WiFi and it's password. Room was too hot and the air conditioning wouldn't kick in. Items in the dryer and still on when we arrived. Half sa roll of toilet paper available. Bed didn't really have a sleepablem mattress. Had no comfort at all. I think I rated this property as a two. Would not recommend this unit as a condo unit but a dorm unit. Was very disappointing!

Our trip was in February, I wasn't sure if there would be enough indoor activities. There were plenty of attractions such as St Jacob's village. We loved walking around the village and exploring the many stores. There are at least two good sized antique markets. Thursday and Saturday there is an indoor farmers market. This was the highlight of our trip. The stalls are really interesting and a great selection of food to buy. There is also an outlet mall which we actually did not have time to check out. The local restaurant on Benjamin was very good. Family food, lots of food for a good price. Our trip was lots of fun.

On first entering the property I was very pleasantly surprised with the lovely lobby. Unfortunately, this initial impression was ruined when I noticed the state of the elevators which sadly needed a good coat of paint. It's amazing how the shabbiness of the elevators affected the overall impression of the property. I think they showed neglect and I was wondering in what state the rooms would be. However, mine was just fine.

We only came for one night.
We only came for one night. It has been several years since I was last there and all the new highways were confusing ( especially in the dark). We ended up using an Uber to get us where we needed to be. There are many places of interest but due to the weather we did not stay to explore. Centre in the Square facility in Kitchener is absolutely beautiful!

Our stay was a great mini getaway.
Our stay was a great mini getaway. The staff was very inviting and friendly and our room was clean.
The location was perfect for our purpose as it was a neutral location for us
We will be visit again
The free buffet breakfast was easily the best free hotel breakfast we've ever had. Fresh, tasty and lots of variety. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable!! Location was excellent: right across the street from Starbucks and Conestoga Mall (tons of shopping).
The townhouse is in a quiet, newly built neighbourhood in the outskirts of Waterloo. It‘s an amazing house where we immediately felt at home. If we ever come back to Waterloo wie would certainly book it again.
The breakfast area was spacious and clean. Dishes were cleared. Very happy to see real dishes and cutlery instead of single use as so often seen in hotels.
