The location is excellent for attending university events. The staff is very polite and helpful. The views/surrounding landscape is beautiful and we received free tickets for breakfast because our room was not ready when we arrived. These tickets were converted to lunch tickets as we didnt take breakfast.

The location was quiet. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had access to the kitchen and living room, both of which were beautiful. Carol was a very welcoming host and gave us a tour of the residence. The time of year and weather unfortunately didn't encourage the use of the patio and garden.

The supplies of coffee, tea and little snacks was generous. We had the shared kitchen to ourselves. Very quiet. Nice location near U of W, St Jacob’s etc. Comfy slippers.
This residence apartment building is less than a 5 minute walk from Wilfrid Laurier University and 1 km from the University of Waterloo. It features on-site laundry facilities and free WiFi.
The location and cleanliness of the unit! When I first arrived there was no clear-cut parking designated. Found out unit didn't have a parking space slotted. Had a hard time opening the lock box. Was not left a note for WiFi and it's password. Room was too hot and the air conditioning wouldn't kick in. Items in the dryer and still on when we arrived. Half sa roll of toilet paper available. Bed didn't really have a sleepablem mattress. Had no comfort at all. I think I rated this property as a two. Would not recommend this unit as a condo unit but a dorm unit. Was very disappointing!

Our trip was in February, I wasn't sure if there would be enough indoor activities. There were plenty of attractions such as St Jacob's village. We loved walking around the village and exploring the many stores. There are at least two good sized antique markets. Thursday and Saturday there is an indoor farmers market. This was the highlight of our trip. The stalls are really interesting and a great selection of food to buy. There is also an outlet mall which we actually did not have time to check out. The local restaurant on Benjamin was very good. Family food, lots of food for a good price. Our trip was lots of fun.

On first entering the property I was very pleasantly surprised with the lovely lobby. Unfortunately, this initial impression was ruined when I noticed the state of the elevators which sadly needed a good coat of paint. It's amazing how the shabbiness of the elevators affected the overall impression of the property. I think they showed neglect and I was wondering in what state the rooms would be. However, mine was just fine.

We only came for one night.
We only came for one night. It has been several years since I was last there and all the new highways were confusing ( especially in the dark). We ended up using an Uber to get us where we needed to be. There are many places of interest but due to the weather we did not stay to explore. Centre in the Square facility in Kitchener is absolutely beautiful!

if you bring a pet they will change your room to a pet room for more money and they also charge a pet fee. So more for your room and a fee not happy
breakfast was nothing to write home about

Our stay was a great mini getaway.
Our stay was a great mini getaway. The staff was very inviting and friendly and our room was clean.
The location was perfect for our purpose as it was a neutral location for us
We will be visit again
The location is excellent! There are several restaurants within a couple of minutes walking distance from the hotel. A ten minute walk along the King street brings you to Uptown Waterloo, with an Ion Light Rail (basically a tram) connection to Conestoga/Fairway. The Waterloo Park and Silver Lake are also nearby. The hotel itself is quiet and clean with amicable staff. The rooms are of a decent size, accompanied by a table and a chair and ample storage space.
The location was on one of the best University campuses in Ontario, maybe Canada. The wi-fi was worked in mostly all buildings across the campus. There was plenty of nooks to sit and lounge or study, sip coffee and relax or get things done. Each building complex was unique to its discipline. A small lake and conservation area was within walking distance but there were bicycle trails everywhere.
A very welcoming hotel that strives to provide excellence in customer service, cleanliness and quality rooms/facilities. We especially enjoyed the very warm pool that was a trade off to being only 4ft 4" deep...great for aqua fit but not especially good for swimming laps. The room was quite large and well appointed. Truly a home away from home. Would highly recommend this hotel!
Hotel location is good in a nice quite area. Room was very comfortable and clean, amenity in room and bathroom was good, kitchen was good, laundry and dryer facilities for guest available for free. Location closed to supermarket, bus station, farmers market. Staff was very helpfull and service was attended well. Breakfast quality food is good
Everything was amazing, the facilities were phenomenal. Had a small issue with the shower but it was promptly addressed by the hotel staff. My son had said something about colouring and they brought him a colouring page and some highlighters from the front desk so he could colour. Such sweet and attentive staff.
This property was perfect for my family to stay which is much better than hotel as we have the kitchen and the whole house like my home. The house is clean; the neighborhood is quiet; the location is close to Sobey, Walmart etc... We were very happy to stay and was lucky to find this house. Strongly recommended.
Hotel overall is nice, really nice lobby and restaurant.
Rooms were good but rooms need carpets cleaned.. my carpet was visibly dirty, beds need upgraded as they are not very comfortable.. bed pillows were comfortable. Staff at the restaurant were great. Overall staff very nice.
The location is good while staying in Waterloo. Close to the shopping mall and restaraunts. The hotel itself is modern and very clean. The staff is nice and helpful. The swimming pool is great. I would definitely stay at this hotel if visiting Waterloo again.
Good basic hotel close to St Jacobs market and Waterloo shopping mall. Nice buffet breakfast and coffee available to guests throughout the day. If you just want to stay in, you can buy a microwave meal from a small selection in the hotel lobby.
The location is superb! Literally a 2 minute walk from the market. Also, we asked for a room on the top floor because I am a very light sleeper. They provided this which made my day. We will definitely go back to this hotel again.
Everything was perfect. From the moment you enter the hotel, till the moment you sink into the soft bedsheets and fall asleep. Amazing facilities and just an amazing experience overall.
The property is easy to access from University of Waterloo, well kept and clean. The host was very gracious and allowed me to leave my stuff while I went to take my exam.
It was a very well kept hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious. The restaurant and patio were beautiful. Easy place to walk to shops and restaurants in the area
