I forgot my cellular in one of the rooms. and they emailed me once they have found my iPhone, I have been staying at other hotels and I was usually lied to for other important stuff I forgot. but I wouldn’t mind stay in this hotel again. it’s more quiet than other hotels.

The staff is courteous and super professional. Always smiling and quick in spite of being super busy (every business is understaffed in the region, and this hotel is no exception).
Everything, except that I was charged extra night, I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. On the first 2 nights, I was charged extra night. Can you make that correction for me. Other than that everything was fine.
We chose the hotel because it was the only place available, but the staff was excellent, the room was very simple, but clean and the bed was comfortable. We were very happy with how it all worked out.
The beds are amazing. I didn't get a chance to hit the pool or hot tub, but that's okay. Conveniently a few minutes walk from hotel to SQDC. Definitely recommend this place.
Booking.com advertised that the Hotel will ask $193.00 equivalent to the cost of the room at arrival but the Hotel asked for more : $100.00 deposit extra.
