Staff very helpful, location was excellent for our purposes. Motel is quite old, so take that into account, visible improvements, obviously a work in progress. Very comfortable beds. Close to beach, walking trails, bird sanctuary, restaurants and golf courses.

The location is good for the airport and getting into the centre. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was large. The shower was good.

The location of the hotel is convenient: close to the airport and at the exit of the motorway. The outside of the hotel looks charming, and there is a large parking area. Asian restaurant in the immediate vicinity, a good Italian in walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and large enough, yet a bit outdated. Starting with the airport. The Quality Inn has a shuttle from the airport but after waiting 15 minutes I called and they said it would be there very soon. It turned out to be a half hour. Apparently Quality Inn are now sharing the shuttle with Raddison Blu which made it confusing.
Our room was fine and the hotel is in the process of renovating and updating the place and not before time. We have stayed there many times when we travel and it was run down and dirty. Actually we only stay there because it was reasonably priced but now that has changed and they have significantly upped the price.
The breakfast has never been good and I see it hasn’t changed much. peculiar looking wedges that turned out to be eggs. The toaster was old and didn’t work well. Coffee was ok and there was cereal which was good.
I doubt we we will stay there again although I will miss the park behind the hotel which is absolutely beautiful.
Tsawwassen is a very nice town! They have nice beaches and walking trails. Tsawwassen is not crowded or urbanized unlike Vancouver. I will stay overnight in Tsawwassen when I need accommodations in Vancouver.
The room was cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean I could reach the city easily by bus. This location is very good if you want to be close to the ferry for Victoria. It is a walking distance to the Tsawwassen Town Centre.
Front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff was very good in keeping the room tidy. I sure will come back next time.
NOTHING, SINCE I NOTIFIED BY MESSAGE THAT I WAS GOING TO ARRIVE AT 1:00AM AND WHEN I ARRIVED THERE WAS NO ONE AT THE RECEPTION, NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE AND MY WIFE, MY 6 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND I HAD TO LOOK FOR A HOTEL, WHICH WE FOUND IT UNTIL 4:00AM, I PAID FOR THIS ROOM IN ADVANCE AND I HAD TO MAKE AN EXTRA EXPENSE OF MORE THAN 500USD, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
Very convenient and basic hotel. Staff friendly, room was clean. Air conditioner worked well. But it is humble and older! Be prepared for what that means. Short walk to Centennial Beach. Mini eating area in room was unexpected bonus. :)
Staff allowed me to leave my vehicle at the hotel for 3 nights while i took a ferry to the island. This saved me substantial parking fees, very much appreciated.
