We were just passing through, spending only the one night, but the city looked inviting, and the restaurant scene was fantastic! Enjoyed a great meal at a microbrewery. Would have liked to explore more had time allowed. People we met were very friendly.

Trois-Riviere is a great place to go to.
Trois-Riviere is a great place to go to. One can easily spend a few days here because there's a lot of things to do. I also prefer it because it's a small city, but has a lot of activities, quiet roads and museums and festivals. The food is also exceptional yet cheaper than both Montreal and Quebec City. It's location in between makes it a great place to stop over and I've heard it's also beautiful in the winter. It's also got a bus that goes here from Montreal. My favorite memories here are the many museums we stopped by. As well as the exceptional food.

Trois Rivieres has a magnificent combination of a rich history and the most modern attributes.
There is always something new to see or do, but many of the long existing sites and activities are worth doing again.

Trois-Rivières is a historical city I keep going back to.
Trois-Rivières is a historical city I keep going back to. I love its hospitality and atmosphere, as well as its rich historical heritage. Every time I go back, I find another museum or other historical place to visit. Walking along the Saint-Lawrence Seaway at this place is breathtaking and relaxing. And the many restaurants are fantastic.
The people are so welcoming! When our GPS failed us, while on foot, a gentleman, seeing we were turning in circles, came out of his house and directed us in the right direction. In Montreal, they would have just called the police!
If you want to learn about the history of Canada, or just have a restful stay in a calm and relaxing place, with a vast choice of good places to eat, I definitively recommend Trois-Rivières.

The air conditioning/ heater was not operational.
The air conditioning/ heater was not operational.
Tub / shower was not handicap accessible only had grab bars. Room entry past bathroom and bed were narrow for a walker or wheelchair to pass even though we had a handicap room. Room was on 3rd floor and at end of hall away from elevator also very hard for handicap.

Lovely city, interesting road design, with many tourist spots including Domaine de la foret perdu where you can skate in the forest. Restaurants were a tad underwhelming and the museum attached to the prison was overpriced. The people seemed quite friendly. The buildings were quite beautiful, as was the calmness at night.
Everything went well. Our room was large, bright and comfortable - with many of those extras that are helpful, coffee maker, fridge, iron & ironing board, proper cup and saucer for the coffee. The reception was helpful and pleasant. The location was excellent for the historic area and waterfront, and there were many restaurants close by on rue Forges. Parking was nearby and inexpensive ($7/day). The entire hotel is an excellent example of repurposing old historic buildings with creativity and respect.
The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a great sleep! The breakfast for an additional few dollars was a nice touch. Check in and out were very easy, and the parking was free. We really enjoyed our stay. We wish we could have enjoyed the Tiki bar but we were very tired. We did peek inside and it was quite animated! The hotel is a short drive from the city centre. Check it out if you’re in Trois Rivieres.
It is a very comfortable home operated professionally by the owner. This location is the connection btw road 40 with road 138, which is a very convenient stop driving from Ontario to Quebec City or further.
We all love the mezzanine sitting area.
It is a regret to us as We did not try the hot tube, swimming pool, and the outdoor patio as we arrived very late. The owner showed us all of them. They look very good.
Loved the large lobby. Even when busy it did not feel crowded. The room was modern, spacious and clean.
It is great that there is a restaurant at the lobby and we were able to charge the meals to the room. The service was really good too.
There are plenty of really good restaurants within walking distance. Leave the car at the hotel and walk to the main strip just minutes a way.
Beds were very comfortable but there was a spot between the mini fridge and the desk that hadn’t been dusted in a long time. The room was also very dingy and the entire hotel seemed a bit rundown and worn out.
The breakfast was what you would expect and I was happy there was fresh fruit.
Most importantly we slept well as the location was quiet and yet close to the highway.
There is not much to like about this motel. I guess it's the cheapest option in town, which is good for those looking to save some money. But honestly, even for a cheap person like myself, it's too much. I would've preferred to pay an extra hundred bucks and stay in that fancy downtown hotel if I knew in advance what I was paying for here.
The owners were very nice and welcoming. The place was old but clean, comfortable, and 5 minutes drive from downtown Trois-Tivières. We asked for a first floor because my daughter has reduced mobility. And they were more than happy to oblige. It was only 5 minutes drive and very easy to reach from Trois-Rivières.
Good no-frills hotel, clean, easily accessible from the highway, quiet, near restaurants and a short stroll away from a nice park to walk to my dog. I didn't try it myself but the indoor pool looks like it would be fun for families with kids, it has slides!
Lovely house hosted by a lovely couple. Really welcoming and generous. Super breakfast, and even a hot tub to ease some of the car miles away. Easy drive to Trois Rivieres centre. Comfortable bed, lovely shower. Wonderful, highly recommended.
A very nice hotel close to the centre of town, great for a city visit. Close to major attractions and great restaurants in the central core. Parking is not an issue as there is a large underground parking lot an easy walk away.
Good location for a one night stay while traveling to the east coast.
Pet friendly.
Staff was incredibly friendly & helpful.
Hotel is going to be renovated, so looking forward to seeing the changes.
Hotel is a newer construction, it is clean and rooms are comfortable. Breakfast area was roomy, options were plentiful and it was well lit and kept very clean.
