We were able to access the room after a 10 minute wait for the room to be cleaned.
The bed was quite comfortable and all the conveniences in the room worked.

Topsail is a very quiet and remote area (for someone who lives in Southern England). I was visiting family in the area, so it suited me very well. I enjoyed walking in Topsail, but also travelling further into St Johns and around.
