The room was great! Everything was close and within walking distance. It was clean, the bathroom and shower were great especially the soap and shampoo dispenser. Great value for where its located.

I really hate to be negative but the main purpose of us going to this particular hotel was the water slide, which was shut down when we arrived. This was a HUGE disappointment. If it wasn’t for this fracture we would have rated the hotel much higher. With that said, the room was fabulous, and immaculate (although the pillows left much to be desired). Staff was wonderful and did their best to accommodate us.
This apartment is amazing. Very quiet, super clean, and really enjoyed my stay. The owner called me my 1st morning to check in he was amazing. There's 2 beautiful bedrooms with TV, parking, the neighborhood is quiet, safe. Just a few minutes walk there so many restaurants, grocery stores and the neighbors are very friendly. A must. Don't spend your money at a hotel stay here.
Everyone was super friendly to us and to our furry members. There is a bathtub so we were able to take a nice relaxing bath. AC was working perfectly. We appreciated there was a microwave in a roo to heat up our food as well. Also, the hotel's Wifi was working nice and very fast which we really needed!
The location was perfect we were visiting with family and we were close by, we were able to walk to a close by restaurant we were gathering at and we came back to the hotel for cocktails there bar was awesome with a great atmosphere and a very comfortable outdoor patio
it was difficult to communicate as hotel staff doesnt know English and unfortunately, I dont understand French. We came for the Formula 1 event where thousands of people are- expected in the city. Motel/Hotel should equip themselves to communicate with such guests.
Had to travel a bit for a restaurant that was open past 8 o’clock. But found a magnificent ice cream shoppe nearby when we returned to the hotel.

Well lit etc so felt comfortable that vehicle would be quite safe
I ask to be the higher floor because my son loves the heights, which I got it 😁 plus I had a nice view 😁 the beds are very comfortable, we all slept good 👍 for a hotel of 3 stars I'm very surprised 😯

Hotel tries hard. Pleasant staff, nice comfortable rooms for price with a clean bathroom, well supplied. Pool is warm water and clean - great for an aqua workout or can use gym beside it
Given the restrictions with CVID19, the choice of thisa hotel with an onsite restaurant made it convenient to order food. Walking distance to grocery store as well.
Bathroom had been upgraded. Fridge & microwave were good. Laminate flooring was appreciated. Located within a very short drive to La Cité des Sports de Terrebonne.
