Stratford is a great town to visit. I have been a few times and will go again. I love going to the theatre each time. We see 3-4 plays with at least one Shakespeare play. Restaurants: Blue Bird, Café Buffon, Mercers. Fellini's, Bentleys. Shops: White-Balmer Footwear, Bradshaws, Festival Shop, Village Studios and Rocky Mountain Chocolate to name a few. And beautiful parks. Walking is easy with wide sidewalks. People are friendly and accommodating.

The main reason to visit is for the theatre, and that is very well taken care of.
A stroll along the Avon river to reach the Tom Patterson and Festival theatres is also very enjoyable.
There are a variety of restaurants...Italian, diners and good bars.
A key point is that every place is within easy walking distance, since many of the accommodations are downtown...a downtown that it s not large, but is quiet.

The room was small but clean.
The room was small but clean. The location was perfect, right down town. We could walk to shopping, restaurants, theaters, lake front, bike/boat rentals. Breakfast is included, but it is limited to a "breakfast box" delivered to your door with a muffin, croissant and fresh fruit. The staff, and locals of Stratford were very friendly, and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. The theater experiences were also EXCELLENT. We hope to return!

First time in Stratford and what a beautiful place.
First time in Stratford and what a beautiful place. We went to see a play and fell for the scenery in the town. Its very easy to get around and the walk by the river was so beautiful. They even had art in the park. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We ate at Bentleys both nights as the choice was awesome. Also had a great breakfast at Romeos.
This place exceeded our expectations! The suite was comfortable and the hosts thought of everything to make the room comfy and inviting. Martin met us when we arrived and helped bring our luggage up to our room, gave us a quick tour of the building/our suite and even recommended some great places to eat which turned out to be fantastic. Although we had our car, we were able to walk everywhere we needed and wanted to go. Overall I highly recommended Evanndor, and we would definitely stay there again when we visit Stratford.
The location was amazing, and walking distance to all of the main areas of Stratford. It was also right along the water so very close to take a nice walk each day. The room was beautiful, and very clean. We had no issues with anything and enjoyed the little extras - coffee mugs made of pottery, coffee, yoga mat, etc. Parking was free which was appreciated.
The room that I received was an upgrade to what I had reserved!! The staff were very accommodating when I could not check in before the prescribed time and stored my luggage so that I could visit the shops and my favourite out-of-hotel restaurant as well as attending my matinee theatre performance.
The room was nice: the temperature in the room was pleasant, the bed was comfortable, and the place was clean. The location of the hotel is also great, lots of great restaurants and bars in the near vicinity.
We were impressed be the cleanliness of the accomodation and the professional appearance of the property. We will recommend the motel to our friends travelling to Stratford.
