Squamish Adventure Inn, hotel in Squamish

The Squamish Adventure Inn hostel places guests only moments away from Squamish’s activities, adventure, and excitement.

The Adventure Inn was a great hostel. We were in a private room so we had a bit more space, but in the main hostel there was lots of space to cook, relax, eat and plenty of outdoor seating, so a really nice relaxed atmosphere. A great location too within easy walking distance of the bus stop at the Adventure Centre, and also walking distance from town. Very well organised in the fridges and shelf space and by self-catering we really kept our costs down. We had to ask for towels and a hairdryer, but both were free and readily available. Also there was a great space to store luggage after check out which meant we didn't have to be lugging it around with us all day.

Great little motor inn, clean and cosy. Reception staff were more than helpful on multiple times, the view from our room was incredible, location into town as also great short walk to shops and cafes, definitely worth the price per night.

Sunwolf Riverside Cabins, hotel in Squamish

Located on 5 acres of woodland at the convergence of 2 rivers, this pet-friendly resort in Brackendale, British Columbia, offers a view of the Tantalus Mountains.

So cute and cosy. The beds were comfortable and the staff was lovely. We stayed one night (sadly). I would definitely book this stay again. Sunwolf is sustainable and allows you to disconnect from the online world (no wifi, no tv).

Porteau Cove Olympic Legacy Cabins, hotel in Squamish

Featuring scenic mountain views, this Porteau Cove accommodation offers BBQ facilities. A kitchenette and a private patio are provided in the cottage. Britannia Mine Museum is 10 minutes’ drive away.

The location was stunning. The view from the lodge was across Porteau Cove. However, there were approximately 20 - 30 seals lying on a platform, which was wonderful to see, but goodness me, they were noisy - all day and night! The lodge was solidly built and quirky. A bbq was provided, plus a gas burner for sitting next to on chilly evenings. Sadly, it rained constantly so we weren't able to enjoy it.

Relatively quiet by UK standards with pleasant, not too busy streets in downtown area. Good range of facilities within the city but spread over quite a distance along highway 99. Vehicle required to make the most of available facilities and attractions.

This is good base camp for visiting Whistler for budget conscious visitor to Whistler. The drive to Whistler is very pleasant and scenic. Food at the hotel is good and reasonable. The setting of the hotel is perfect for those who would prefer to rest at night than partying. Room is perfect with a small kitchen to cook simple meals.

There are a lot of beautiful sites to see both within Squamish or within a short drive of the town. Shannon falls is a gorgeous destination to check out only 10 minutes from where we stayed. Whistler is only about 45 minutes north. Squamish itself had lots of cute restaurants, cafes, and store fronts. It is located near rivers and the Howe Bay. Lots of options for hiking in the area. My partner and I will definitely be back!

Hostel vibe-hotel lodging is exactly right. My family of 5 absolutely loved this concept. It’s been our favorite Canadian lodging. There are so many fascinating people to meet, but lots of places for privacy as well. You can easily stroll into down for food, or make use of the well stocked kitchen. More room in the front than I expected and lots of security. We booked the private room (6 bucks for the 5 of us) and got exactly that-privacy and comfort. I wish every city in the world had a Squamish inn!

Howe Sound is a small hotel. It's attached to a brew pub which was lively but no issues with noise or public traffic in the hotel area. There's two small conference rooms and a common sitting area for hotel guests. Rooms have a small daybed window with a great view. Room was clean when we arrived, and the hotel is located on the main drag of downtown Squamish. Water runs nice and hot. Wifi is decent throughout the hotel.

Really cosy rooms which were clean and comfortable. Fantastic bar and restaurant downstairs - has its own brewery with some of the best selection of beers I've had in Canada (burgers were great also). Free parking and in the centre of town - about a 10 minute walk from everything. Would stay again if ever in Squamish.

The location was perfect for exploring Squamish and beyond with family and friends. The space was generous and had many amenities for a group of 5 staying there. We cooked dinner, did laundry, and watch TV with the kids. They really loved the LED changing lights.

It was a good amount of space with many surfaces to put your stuff on and the location was right on the main street in town. It was the best 3 star hotel I’ve stayed in for cleanliness, it wouldn’t be considered a 4 star without some needed updates though.
