The rooms were Beautiful. The large bathtub was so great especially having a toddler who needed a bath. Just wish the beds could move a little.

I didn't go as booking.com canceled my booking so i had to book a different hotel and stayed there.
Now I've been charged 2x for this property and the hotel i stayed in isn't even on booking.com. No record of cancelation and no recrd of the Sandman hotel we stayed in.
What a horrible app and horrible confusion. Im left with not enough money to pay my $400 insurance bill on 15th

Loved our clean two bedroom suite. Bedrooms were on opposite sides on the living area. Each bedroom had a full sized bath.There was a TV in each room & a huge TV in the living area.
Suite had a kitchenette w/fridge, mircowave, dishwasher, & two burner stovetop. Cutlery, dishware, & glassware included.
Continental breakfast was awesome. Joy, who looked after the breakfast was wonderful at replenishing all items fast. She was pleasant & fun to talk to.
All the staff are so pleasant and nice, even with the renovations that are happening.
Even our cat had a pleasant stay!

Beautiful small town, a lot of history, a lot of houses from 19th century. Very friendly people. Interesting true story about Jumbo Elefant and history of St. Thomas railway. Military museum, Railway museum. Very nice boardwalk. Must to see. ❤️ 😊
Located just five minutes outside of Saint Thomas, the Cardinal Court Motel was the perfect choice for my two week stay. Ian was very helpful and accommodating with my arrival time, the room was warm on arrival and he was always quick to offer suggestions for local amenities such as restaurants, et cetera. The Internet was usable for work and pleasure, with streaming YouTube not a problem. If I ever need temporary accommodation in St Thomas again, I will definitely stay at Cardinal Court.
We stay here a lot. Ian is always ready to help in any way and is always welcoming. Also I like that the location is out of town . It makes for a quiet stay.
I like the layouts of the rooms. And I think one of my favorite things is the Boss radio in all the rooms. Fantastic sound in a hotel room. I've stayed at high-end hotels before and not 1 ever came with a decent radio. Thank you. Not everyone turns on a TV as soon as they walk into their room. Some of us like music.
We really enjoyed our stay, it was worth it from the room, to breakfast, amenities and the location of the place. Harm, who received us in the reception was very welcoming and hospitable. She assisted us in what we requested and make it very convenient and easy for our check in. We will recommend this to our friends and definitely will choose this hotel again and again.
We booked and didnt really have an expectation for the price that we paid which was extremely reasonable. This place is what you refer to as a hidden gem... very simple but nice breakfast which hit the spot. Friendly and helpful staff to the fresh scent in throughout the hotel. The cleanliless was amazing and we will definitely be back... hopefully soon! :-)
Comfortable, quiet small hotel on a beautiful well kept property. Our room was large and well equipped. Comfortable bed as well as two big chairs.
Breakfast consisted of coffee/tea, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt.
The owner was very nice and asked a few times how we were finding the hotel or if there was anything else we needed.

An aging building that seems to have been fully renovated recently. Facilities were clean and nice looking. Breakfast buffet good with many choices. Staff very friendly and helpful when we needed to order dinner from a nearby restaurant for delivery to our hotel room. We traveled with our dog and experienced no particular difficulties.
Quiet. I was able to get a good night's sleep. The other guests around our room were very considerate.
Also, this was an unexpected stop and I was able to reserve a room in a few minutes with booking.com. All the other hotels in the area were booked full; this was the only place available and it was great!
We had continental breakfast like in many other motels/ hotels we were before. Location was good- close to Port Stanley beaches. It is good motel for stay of one-two nights there.

Furnishings are unique for a hotel room setting and it feels more like Vegas than St. Thomas.
The bed is so comfortable and the room was big enough for the both of us. It is a really nice Inn. Will definitely stay here again if we’re going to St. Thomas ontario.
