Overall great stay, very comfortable beds and clean room with nice interior decorations. One minor issue - some staff members were not the best - I checked in around 9am and paid the security deposit ahead of time, since the room was not ready yet. Staff told me I can pick up the key later. The morning staff were great and helpful. When I came back at 11pm the same day for my key, there was a different staff member who was very confused and could not find my paperwork, or evidence of me checking in. She was also not friendly and acted as if I was intruding. Luckily, I kept my receipt for paying my deposit and she was able to find the paperwork and room key after some time. Please ensure better communication between your staff members and ensure staff are friendly and welcoming to guests. Thank you!
This was my second time staying here, the hotel is located right across the street from the spa and they offer great deals. Great size rooms with comfy beds and pillows. Helpful and friendly front desk and if you stay here you have 24hr access to the pools at the spa. Excellent deal. The spa baths are my favourite, better than other places that offer the same thing. Way more choices and options in a better atmosphere. I'll be back again!
Location as we spend time in the spa across the road. Transportation to and from the spa. Free breakfast was included. The hotel is located on the river and the view from the outdoor pool was beautiful. Highly recommend it if you are planning to stay in the spa for the day.
the blue and dim lighting in the hallways is really soothing, and nice at night. sometimes i have to block the bottom of the door in hotels for a dark room, if the lights in the hallway are bright. the room was very clean. the staff was nice.
