Good location and able to check-in early (for a fee). Large room but noisy neighbours, both to the sides and above did not make for a quiet room.

There was a lot of breakfast food options provided, coffee, tea and filtered water available. I always enjoy staying at this property and it is always my first choice, if it is available. The hosts are very friendly and always check on us throughout our stay to see if there is anything they can assist with and to ensure we are comfortable. This is one of the cleanest Airbnb's I have ever been in. The beds are comfortable. Each room has a tv for privacy when working with my colleagues. I find these hosts go above and beyond to ensure we are enjoying our stay. 10 ++++ rating in my opinion.

Did not like first room we were given....basically in the basement....could not see out small window at the ceiling. Was immediately and politely given another room with a larger kitchen and proper windows. Staff at reception was always friendly, informative and helpful. Manager went out of her way to assist in getting me information for a purchase.

The hotel is in a great location with many shops and restaurants nearby. The room design was unique with the nautical theme even in the wallpaper. Everything in the room was well laid out and we had everything we needed. There is a great restaurant connected to the hotel.
