Lakelawn is conveniently located near the ferry in Yarmouth. The room was clean and roomy. The price was great. If you're looking for a place conveniently located near the ferry - the Lakelawn is adequate, clean, and the price is good.

Room was big, beds were comfortable enough, and the TV channels that were offered worked well. The wifi connection was spotty but did work well if you were able to get it to show up.
Port Maitland, the town itself, seemed to be non existent...
Port Maitland, the town itself, seemed to be non existent for tourists, other than having a Provincial Park with a beach. I saw no evidence of restaurants in the town itself, or even food stores or things to do. The Evangeline Trail, which we drove, has many other towns that seem better equipped for tourists needs and sites to see.
