The area we were in seemed a lil run down I felt ... but really didn’t stay long enough to venture out and explore the city , we ordered in twice while we were there and it came with in 20 minutes so super fast service for restaurants close by, the cab service was amazing and quick order right off our phones pretty neat don’t usually take cabs. We were attending a concert.

My trip was a family gathering at our mother's retirement residence for a Thanksgiving buffet. At least I had one good meal that day! I did not spend any time other than at the residence so can't comment.

We visited the Ontario Regiment Museum, it was a great experience.
The night before we had dinner at the road house near the hotel. Again we experienced good food and very friendly staff.
In spite of the Blue Jays having lost to the Royals that night, everybody there was cheerful and in good spirit. We had a great time.
I really did not enjoy my stay here at the Comfort Inn. In reality it was the worst stay at any hotel I've ever stayed at, the staff were rude. The maids seemed to always be on the floor with their carts but never anywhere to be seen unless you left to go out. Never once during my stay did they ever clean our room or change our hygiene needs unless asked. Honestly most of the time I ended up doing my own exchanges of needs, like garbage bags towels etc
We loved the hotel the stay was fine however we did not like it was junky vill the doors stay locked to the outside here and for good reason. I was uncomfortable to even leave the hotel without my husband. I had a hard time sleeping constantly worried about my vehicle even in a underground locked place.
The hotel was good but the while trip was a big worry. Ill never return to oshawa
The receptionist was very welcoming and efficient. Everywhere was very clean and some areas had been well modernized. Breakfast was well stocked, immaculately clean and the lady running the breakfast area worked hard to keep every area well stocked and super clean. Great choice of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, and hot food. Coffee machine worked really well too!
Breakfast was not what i expected as I paid 20.00 extra , it was a pick up and go , no fruit . Room was very nice and comfortable. Very helpful front staff and helped me with finding a location for dinner as i am not from Oshawa

No good experience
There was a lot of parking. Hotel was very clean/modern. Even the rooms were very clean and modern. It was great having a full size fridge and stove top to use. New appliances like the microwave warmed things quickly.
This was an easy place to find, in a quiet neighborhood, close to where I was working for the weekend. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and had a mini kitchen area where I could make my own tea.
To ensure everyone’s safety, the hotel did a great job making our visit COVID friendly. You can only access the hotel with your own key card. There is underground parking and complimentary breakfast.
We wanted a hotel close to the Go-Train, it was! We arrived early and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us so we could drop our bags and head off to a concert. Clean, sufficient room!
the breakfast was very good and surprising as the main floor of the hotel smelled of smoke and alcohol. The receptionist was great and very accomodating.
