The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and very clean. We left the window open so we could listen to the rain and the critters outside before we fell asleep, Janet awoke early and prepared a light breakfast that we were able to pack and bring with us as we were in a hurry and had to leave early in the morning. It would have been nice to stay longer so we could enjoy the scenery, go for a walk and explore the area more.

Good price, clean, nice bathroom. Instructions to get to the property were dead on and getting a door code made getting in easy. There were no stairs, maybe a single step to get to the hallway. The property was nice, situated on a small lake. The listing said we could use the dock, but it felt as if we were invading the owner's privacy to get to the dock. The very large room that is also on the side of the owner's house looked quite good and it looks like it can be rented.

The location, the internet, the comfy beds, the decor, the spacious room were all wonderful. The customer service was absolutely exemplary ... I had to extend my stay and they accommodated by allowing me to move into another room earlier - the adjustment was made with ease and total flexibility on their part! I had a family member dying in hopsital and the owner and family would check in on me, which was really sweet! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Called and request mountain view and was told to order the premium room. However, I paid for premium and when I arrived was told that that particular room did not have a mountain view. The room was nice but without a mountain view. It was disappointing as I wanted my grandson to have the full experience. It was good n e way. Skiing was great. Swimming, sauna and hot tub were good. Food amazing and we had a great time.
The house was beautiful, quiet on a private property, the rooms are clean, I love that they have the washer/ dryer in the shared bathroom, although we didn't use it but it's there if needed. I love the tea selection.. Bill and Rachel are very nice. Will stay again if I have to stay overnight in Orangeville.
Price is reasonable for what you get here. Beds and bathroom were clean which is what matters. Checkin was smooth and the gentleman at the desk was pleasant. Located on the far west end of Orangeville and 5 minute walk to Tim Hortons. 20 minutes to Mono Cliffs.
We loved our two-night stay at this highway-close hotel. The room and beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was amazing, and the breakfast - with hot items rotating daily - was the best we've ever had at a Best Western hotel. Top marks!
The location is excellent, beautiful natural setting. Close to Orangeville that has lots of activities. Breakfast buffet had a good variety and the restaurant Cabin was a fine dining experience with excellent service and food.
The hotel was very clean and the staff very accommodating and friendly. One little remark that I have is, that it would have been nice to have some bathrobes at the room. Other than that it was excellent.
The scenery and landscape is fantastic. Lots of activities on the property as well. The spa is great. Lots of hikes and walks close by if you want to soak in nature and Orangeville is a nice little town
Great hotel and room was comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable. Good restaurants very close to hotel. We stayed overnight after a late flight. For an airport hotel, it was very good.
Not a lot really I have stayed in hotels for a quarter of the price that were way nicer. I paid for a premier room and was put in a dungeon dark dingy and poorly maintained.
Location was very convenient. Staff are helpful and accomodating.

The hotel has been renovated and the interior is modern and cozy vibe. Both restaurants have excellent food (though overpriced) and the breakfast buffet was delicious.
