Its located next to a very noisy main highway intersection - very noisy. Previous occupant(s) smoked so room stank. Complete lack of privacy on ground floor near reception. All very poor for over $400 for two nights. Wife said worst place she’d ever stayed in!

We lived in N Saanich for 14 years - since then we've returned for Jan and Feb and stayed in Saanich, near Mt Douglas Park. We love N. Saanich and always think how fortunate we were to choose to purchase there - we wanted to be close to elderly father.
The location is genuinely lovely with nearby hiking routes all over North Saanich for scenic walks in the forest and up into the hills.
Being close by to the Swartz Bay it is very accessible for both foot passengers or drivers coming of the ferry.
There's also a nearby bus station 8 mins walk from the property if you rely on public transport for getting around.
The property is beautiful . a perfect place to stay near the airport if you
need to catch a flight early in the morning or returning late in the evening. The Hosts thought of everything you might need, including goodies to start your morning breakfast. Spotless in every way !Definitely a 5 star accommodation.
Breakfasts were excellent. Pair of friendly poodles. Extremely well stocked accommodation (charging ports, condiments, books, etc.). Friendly and kind hostess. Quiet area. Excellent location for exploring North Saanich. Comfortable facilities.
For us, this was a convenient location, near where family events were taking place.
It is further from Victoria, so wouldn’t be as convenient if you are wanting to spend all your time in the city.
It is pet friendly with a large yard.
