Room was clean except behind sofa etc..needed a vac. Phone did not work, microwave did not work, had to walk back to desk for help with TV no signal....these are small things but should be working before customer arrives at motel.

You get what you pay for is definitely the truth here.. there seemed to be nothing left of the pillows and the bathroom towels seemed to be floor mat size. Not very clean. Smelled of mold or must. I'd pay double the money to stay else where. Lesson learned.
No breakfast served it was very quiet great for sleeping parking lot was good coffee at the front 2r 7 was great as I don't wear shoes and didn't have to leave to get great tasting coffee beds were ok shower was ok rooms were fair size TV was ok Chinese restaurant was good hooked to the end of hotel
Didn’t actually stay. All hotels rooms in Sudbury were booked so we booked three rooms on booking.com. It was late mine you but the hotel didn’t pickup after repeated calls to see if the rooms were actually available or if the hotel even existed.
Location was good, staff was friendly. The hotel looks like it’s been renovated but a lot of work still to do. The view from our room was actually quite nice.
