We loved our stay here, I also enjoyed our meal at the Italian rest on site. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable...I will be returning to Waterton again and will stay here again also...the most beautiful place in Canada.

The staff at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. We were missing a chair in the room and Lineal (spelling?) got us one immediately. I think he hauled it up there himself. The view from our balcony was great - well worth the extra cost of a Waterview room. Cozy robes were an extra treat. We dined at the hotel restaurant - great food an service.

Breakfast was AMAZING! I even woke up early for it :D Check out the 2 photos as a proof! The rooms were super cozy, and the overall vibe of the hotel was really nice. There were plenty of facilities, sitting areas, indoor games, and so on. The owners were really nice, and they also own a small grocery store nearby (10 mins walk). Some of the drawbacks were, that the bathroom was shared for some rooms, so be carefull in terms of the booking, and the location is a bit far from Waterton Park (30 mins drive). However, the overall experience was so good, that my friends and I were able to overlook these small issues.
In short, a highly recommended place!

This was an amazing place to stay, I felt at home and well cared for right away - there was even a bar of expensive homemade soap waiting for me in my room with the other toiletries. This well-cared for property has an incredible view of the mountains, as well as exceptional landscaping and welcoming decor. Guests had access to a hot tub (seasonal), fire pit, pool table, board games, TV, kitchen and beautiful property during the stay. There were many delicious choices for breakfast which was made fresh. I will definitely stay here again.

Great accommodations.
Great accommodations. Very updated and clean.. very friendly staff. My wife was rolling her suitcase from the car and Andy picked it up and carried it to the room. He was a absolute great guy. Took our picture in front of the cabin. Stood and talked to us a while.. the cabin was was excellent. If we get back there we will no doubt stay here..

Mountain Haven Cabins in Mountain View is an absolutely wonderful and comfortable place to stay. We only stayed 3 nights but could have stayed longer if we had the time. The only negative was the way the code was handed out. Insisting on only giving it to the person who booked through text message does not do any good if the person only has a land line and/or some of the guests that have their names down on the guest list arrive early. We suggest that the code be given via text message AND to any guests who arrive first who are listed on the guest list. (show of ID of course).

Room was dated, but clean and in decent repair. Water flowed into tub very slowly. Nice patio right outside my room, but it could have used a good sweeping and something done about bug control. Nice convenient location just 20 minutes from Waterton.

The stay at the motel was very pleasant, relaxing and comfort. The staff were very nice and friendly, Mountain View scenery was very marvelous.
Mountains, lakes, wild life, greenish landscaping and Prince of Wales Palace were the favourite.
We had a good stay at Bear Country Inn and Suites. The room was well appointed with comfortable beds, a small table and refrigerator. The breakfast was great, and it's convenient to have the country store right there. We were visiting Waterton Park where the hotels were extremely expensive -- this was a great alternative just a 15 minute drive away from which to access the park and townsite for the day's activities. The owners are friendly and work really hard to manage the motel, store and restaurant.
Although the hotel is old, it is amazingly clean and tidy. Love that there is a grocery store, gift shop & a gas station on site. The breakfast was good, a nice selection of food. We booked the place for it's affordability, because we didn't want to spend too much on accommodation inside Waterton Park. This place is located just 20min drive to Waterton. Would recommend this place.
Amazing little hotel with continental breakfast, we have also tried their dinner menu from their cafeteria (chicken salad with onion rings on the side which was delicious). In the evening we have had a bbq just outside our room, the owners have a little garden where you can relax after a long day. We will come back again!
The room was spacious with great facilities. The Inn is located at a gas station in Mountain View which was a short 20min drive to Waterton. The staff were friendly and the ice cream is amazing!
