They were beyond accommodating for our family with late check out...to beach toys...
Staff were all wonderful and location was beyond perfection. My 8 year old son loved the golf and my daughter enjoyed the pool.

Loved this place. Location was perfect, easy to walk around Charlottetown. Great parking.
Staff were lovely, so pleasant to deal with.
We stayed in the Kent room, bed was super comfortable, sofa was comfy too. Good sized bathroom and the whole room was lovely and clean.
Can hear all the plumbing from the other rooms, didn't both us but something to consider as it is a historic inn. We thought it added to the character.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the minimalist idea of the hotel!....I've worked Night Audit/Front Desk for 15-20 years and this is definitely a first for me and I'm not mad at it at all!!❤️❤️.....guests should really understand what they are booking before making a reservation because, I know from hotel work experience with the public, some guests may not be happy with this type of hotel if they are expecting what they normally expect from hotels......thats why I stress to DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BOOKING, and please do not get there and be surprised and upset and end up giving the hotel staff a hard time....it IS a minimalist hotel afterall......its great for business or solo travel....gorgeous, clean and unique rooms. LOVE the art on the wall.......and the staff I encountered were absolutely WONDERFUL!
