Moncton is always welcoming. Its clean and you can feel a great energy there. Everyone seems friendly and we love visiting. Typically we onky go for day trips but staying overnight is a special treat. Love the area! It's so easy to navigate and great shopping!
We also enjoy eating there when we go. We like to try different places each time but sports rock is on3 of our favorite pubs!

The variety of shopping options was great and mostly the people were friendly ..... however, as a mixed race couple, we did experience a few openly hostile, racist encounters which we found surprising in a so-called 1st world country ..... with the exception of Charlottetown PEI (where it was the same) cannot recall that we encountered similar to this level in Halifax, Fredericton, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary, Kelowna or Vancouver where we visited recently .....

The Château Moncton was the best hotel we stayed during our month long trip through the Maritimes. It was clean and and appeared to have many upgrades in the bathroom and the bedroom area. It offered a great value for what we paid.
The house and our room was bright and clean and well furnished. The host Alfonso was very kind and accommodating. Self serve breakfast was also offered which we greatly appreciated. Very good value for the price we paid. Free parking available on the street with no issues. It's a short drive to central Moncton about 3 km but also very close to a beautiful little lake and walking trails. We would stay here again. Thank you Alfonso. 😊
me and my bf stayed here for 3 nights i believe. we were greeted by the front desk and given snacks n drinks, the room was great for what we paid for had a kitchen stove microwave two beds n couch, we would come back here in the future for sure also the view was very good on the back side hence i think the name of the hotel lol.
I really liked the layout and comfort of the rooms. Very pretty and bed was so cozy. Stand up shower with glass all around. Staff were nice and it was easy to check in and out. It was good that the rooms provided ear plugs since this hotel is located downtown Moncton and the bar is downstairs and usually has entertainment.
The hotel location was nice, had access to the main areas. The hotel experience was too good, the staffs were very welcoming and helpful, especially need to mention about Mr. Joe, who helped with all the details that we need as we were newcomers to the town, took extra effort for the aid. Kudos for the great effort.
My second time staying it was very comfortable, clean! Breakfast was great! The loaction was further from downtown Moncton but very quiet area and you can still get to places very easily. The rooms were well sound proofed I didn't hear much noise.

The room was incredibly spacious and modern, with unique fixtures that made it stand out from other hotels. There was a large seating area, king sized bed, and luxurious shower with very nice complimentary toiletries. The coffee bar in the lobby was also a nice bonus.

Breakfast was pretty standard, nothing to write home about. It was buffet style with standard scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages.
The location was ideal for the event we were in Moncton for , less than 100 yds from Hotel.
Best hotel I have stayed at in Canada. The place is very clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Wonderful place, that I hope always stays like this and would happily book again and recommend to friends.
The service for the food was not appropriate.. they never answer to the phone and we want not to go out so we didn't have de choice !
And the parking for 24$ and we have to park very far from the hotel.
