Worst customer service ever. The staff called Ms Kristy had no duty of care of our family with a disabled child. She gave us room connected with other room where 2 people were constantly screaming. Despite several requests and later begging she had not offered alternative room or refund. The screaming was going on until 3 am. Later she told me to call the police as she would do nothing. Taking her advice, called police. When the police came she took the screaming people’s side and told police it was only talking noise. She asked police if she was right to kick us from the hotel, the police agreed as it was her decision, not a police matter.
Even she had advised to call police and now she wanted to kick us from the hotel at 3 am! She did nothing to the people who were screaming all night. This type of person how come work in a chain hotel, God knows. I think she should not be working hospitality industry.
We should not be given a connected room at the first place. It was a con by Ms Kristy. Very dishonest and cunning.
Our travelling life is more than 30 years and visited 50+ countries never had such worst experience. The management should check regularly how their staff doing to customers.

Bernie was an exceptional host! This was our first experience staying in this type of accommodation, and I was anxious before arriving. However, from our first interaction with Bernie, to our departure, she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and was just a phone call away if we needed anything.
The place truly felt like a home away from home, and we especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen! It was a clean, cozy and a wonderful space to relax in. We will definitely stay here again whenever we find ourselves back in town. Highly recommended!

As I mentioned in my countless emails and calls to Best Western Milton and Booking.com, I made an error when booking a hotel room for my Dad, and he actually needed me to book at a different Best Western.
I called the hotel and booking.com within 5 minutes of booking, before any card was even charged, and no one was able to give me grace and cancel my booking. I know there are policies in place, but when someone makes a mistake like this and tries to fixit right away, there should be a grace period, especially since my card had not even been charged yet.
Best Western Milton had horrible customer service. They said if Booking.com would refund them, the would refund me. Booking.com said the same thing about Best Western. Therefore, I know it was possible to cancel my booking but no one did.
After I wrote a bad review of Best Western they called me and told me they would look into it, and if they couldn’t refund me they would give me a credit.
I deleted my review and then the ghosted me. They would no return my call or emails or even respond to me to give me the credit the promised (in writing).
Bad experience. Bad customer service. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Milton has lots of every day convenience which was helpful as where we stayed (Campbellville) had nothing. So the fact that we had Milton close by was a godsend!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and a delight to deal with with comfortable beds and the restaurant has a good menu for munchies and tasty drinks.
We were travelling so did not get a chance to see the Milton sites but it is definitely worth going to Goodfellas Italian restaurant with a wood oven pizza.
So good.

Has Kelso beach and conservative where family can enjoy the beach on the lake
Canoe, kayak and small paddle boats
There is also spring ridge farm and other farms for apple picking
Near to stables for those who enjoy horse riding
Not far from toronto as there is the go train to take you there
And 12-15 mins from oakville and 20 mins to oakville lakeshore on ontario lake
The beds were the most comfortable thing I have slept in in years..........it was awesome , will be returning next year if I can get a reservation............staff were so polite and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
