I have always liked leduc for closeness to south Edmonton and more reasonable prices, but this time I was really put off with things like bad street signs and poor street lighting in the area where I stayed, where Nisku, across the highway was well marked and fully lit...huge difference

There’s many stores and restaurants close by, as well as shopping at the mall on the other side of the highway. It’s close to the airport too. Easy access to the highway. The town of Leduc isn’t too far from the hotels

Staff was very friendly excellent customer service, very clean property. However with that said I would reccomend keeping pool area extending hours due to business hours I was required to keep I was unable to use the hot tub. If this was open earlier and later would definitely have made my review 5 stars.

My stay was an overnighter on the way home from attending to a family matter. My check in was late (check in was at 23:45)and my departure was the following morning. It met all of my needs. I can't really comment on other amenities or attractions as I was not in a position to experience any of them.

Staff member Darlene charged my credit card $150 for a deposit which is expected but then told me it was just a pre authorization and never charged which is was and refused to refund the $150 deposit even though I showed her bank statements of my card being charged and not refunded. Extremely frustrating, rude, and terrible customer service. I would STRONGLY advise staying somewhere else.

Leduc is a nice little town with many amenities and quick access to Edmonton and several other small towns. There is a lot of shopping available and many places to eat. We really enjoyed our meal at the Leduc Diner. The staff was friendly, there was a lot of food for a good price and the service was quick.
hotel wasn’t bad but I booked a shuttle for the morning. was told to call again in the morning and book then. woke up called the front desk and was told it was booked. I got down to the lobby and confirmed. then I sat there in plain view of then reception and waited, and waited. finally I asked and they said “oh ya, it should have been here by now.” I ended up getting a taxi to make my flight just in time.
Nothing. The property owners/managers are the MAIN reason for this low review. They don't properly deal with their staffs and as such even the cleaning staff aren't doing their job properly. The owners simply need to do a walk-in and see the hotel rooms. They make the main floor pretty, but even the water smells like sewerage water. A safety/health inspector needs to come to this property
This hotel has been my go to preferred stay when traveling. It's consistently clean, comfortable bed, pillows and linens, great hot breakfast. Shuttles are always accommodating and on time. The pool was closed ...just an unfortunate circumstance due to the management having to shock the pool...it happens:(

Just a quick note - a good hotel with an interesting array of choices in the vending machines - saved me from ordering in. Also important to note that it was among the first stops of the shuttle - and the last on the way back to the airport - which is a real time saver.
We really enjoyed this property. It is close to the Edmonton Airport and great value for the price. The breakfast is included and offers many selections. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I need an Edmonton Airport Hotel.
Location - the hotel is very close to the airport and convenient if you need a place to stay flying in or out of Edmonton.

The shuttle was quite convenient from the hotel to the airport once I figured out the appropriate phone number to contact as the number I called online through Booking.com did not lead to the hotel and I was incorrectly informed about the shuttle.
Staff was great. Room was fantastic and very, very, pet friendly. The breakfast was exceptional. Was so happy with the complex, we booked another room for our trip back, 2 weeks later. Would stay there again.
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. It's close to everything and there restaurants at walking distance. The price per room is good.
Arrange to book in early 10-11 but when I got there was told no couldn't come early need to wait until 3pm which would have to wait 5 hours. Very rude people. Had to book another hotel.
