The staff at the front desk for our evening check-in were truly friendly and accommodating. I believe they may have also been on the desk when I called later in the afternoon following our check-out to ask if someone had found my small dental appliance left behind in an amber pill container. They offered to check and call back, and did just that reporting that it was found. My husband was able to drive to Victoria to pick it up the next day.

The view from the room was incredible. They delivered a complimentary birthday cake to the room for me. The room was spacious and very quiet. You have balcony to enjoy the view. Front desk people were super nice and they early checked in us.

We booked a kitchen unit with water view. There was enough room in the living area and kitchen with windows on two walls that gave us a glimpse of the water and a nice view of the park. The kitchen was adequately fitted out.
The location is adjacent to the park and the Galloping Goose trail. Parking was free and on a quiet side street. The neighbourhood is quiet.
Friendly welcoming hosts who opened their home to us. We loved the farm location, not far from the city of Victoria and easy to get to. It felt like having 2 holidays - one in the city and one in the countryside. The animals (cats, dogs, sheep and donkey) made this B&B extra special. And I haven't even started on the food. Cathy's breakfasts are amazing!
Second time staying at this property (previous time was booked by my partner on another platform), and our stay was very good. Good location if you are visiting Victoria and other areas on Vancouver Island.

Great location along Galloping Goose Trail on shore of Glen Lake. Otherwise Langford is a suburb of Victoria and the general area is busy commuter roads and strip malls. View from window over Glen Lake is great. Can walk the GG trail from front step, but need to drive to anything else.
Exceptional location and accommodation!
The Hosts, not only, cheerfully allowed me to arrive at 2:00PM, but also texted that the facility was ready early. Since I frequently travel to Langford, to visit family, I sincerely hope to make this my home away from home.
