This was our very first trip with our newborn and enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean and tidy. The owners were always prompt in their communication. They were also very flexible and accommodating. We asked for a late checkout because of our baby, and they responded in kindness. Thanks! We will definitely be back if we are in the area again!

Newly renovated with a large living space! The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and spacious. Really enjoyed my stay there!

The location is fantastic. Right on the Langford lake shore line, big beautiful home (B & B) with great decore. I had the Al Howie room (highly recomended). One of the best places I have every stayed. Super friendly host, with all the amenities' and more. Even accessible to the canoe and paddle boats... and more. Plus the Galloping Goose trail right at your door step. Wonderful Place. I will be a regular customer.
Friendly welcoming hosts who opened their home to us. We loved the farm location, not far from the city of Victoria and easy to get to. It felt like having 2 holidays - one in the city and one in the countryside. The animals (cats, dogs, sheep and donkey) made this B&B extra special. And I haven't even started on the food. Cathy's breakfasts are amazing!

Great location along Galloping Goose Trail on shore of Glen Lake. Otherwise Langford is a suburb of Victoria and the general area is busy commuter roads and strip malls. View from window over Glen Lake is great. Can walk the GG trail from front step, but need to drive to anything else.
Exceptional location and accommodation!
The Hosts, not only, cheerfully allowed me to arrive at 2:00PM, but also texted that the facility was ready early. Since I frequently travel to Langford, to visit family, I sincerely hope to make this my home away from home.
Excellent location for a cycling holiday as it’s right beside the Galloping Goose bike trail and within a short distance of a mall with restaurants and supermarkets. Also possible to cycle into downtown Victoria from it which we did.
We have been staying together with my friends. The hotel was extraordinary for the price! Rooms are big with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!
