The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean.
It was quiet both nights, which is just what we needed, as my husband had speaking engagements during the day! The bed was comfortable, and the room was lovely, with a fridge and microwave, and TV and plenty of drawer space. The staff were so friendly, and even had rags when I requested them! My husband totally enjoyed the breakfast, which was continental, and done COVID-style. The owner was really friendly and service was exceptional! We would totally come back here! It will be our main stay in Lacombe area!
we were attending a graduation in Lacombe so the location was excellent. staff were great. very responsive and friendly. we were one of 5 guests in the hotel the night we stayed so it felt like the entire building was our very own private hotel lol. hot tub and pool were awesome. the breakfast is very good and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. five star plus’!
I like everything because the price is great , the Reception Person is frendly and helpful .The Restaurant is connect to this hotel and is open , dear is no brakefast now but the hotel crew make a great option to everyone because the make a small brakefast bag for to go , thanks so much to the hotel crew for all dear great work.
They upgraded me to a suite!! Instead of putting in one of the CN workers, they gave me this fantastic suite with a jacuzzi!! So I had my spa experience this morning!

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and loved it!! The room was huge and facing an awesome park lots of trees and skate park and it was a bonus being able to check in 2 hours earlier, the exceptional hotel staff are super friendly and we look forward to staying here again
The food in the restaurant was amazing. If you subtracted the cost of the breakfast that came free with the room the room was less than $50. Their cinnamon buns heavenly

The staff were amazing, very accommodating & friendly. Pool was in excellent condition. Breakfast was very good & breakfast times were longer than usual. Hotel was quiet even though there were 3 kids hockey teams staying at the same time.
From booking online and going into the hotel, they had no room for me as they had a shortage because of a maid issue, but they got me one anyway. Both the bar/front desk clerk and manager were very helpful and accommodating

The hotel was much more modern than I thought it would be and it was right across the street from the baseball diamond which was a big bonus since we were attending a tournament there.
