Upon reaching our work conference, we saw bedbugs and called the hotel. We were told we should've inform them on the spot. However we never saw the bedbugs until we left. It sounded like they were aware of the situation.

The room was clean, there was lots of hot water and the grounds and pool area were well kept. It was located where I needed to be. All of the appliances were in good condition and worked well.
Microwaves and refrigerators are featured in rooms at the Tillsonburg property. The hotel is within 5 minutes' walk of the Annadale Historical Site.

I enjoyed the cleanliness and it is definitely quiet. The room was spacious. Breakfast was ok, it offered a basic toast/waffle option, some snacks and a breakfast sandwich that you asked the front desk for.

No Air conditioning 81° in the room with my brother and his last trip dying from prostate cancer drove five hours. “Nothing they could do about the air conditioning. I was told wanted us to move into a room with a king bed. I’m with my brother needed to queens maintenance man, this room had no air conditioning. Front desk useless.
10 hrs of driving $450 for 2 nights time and gas money. Room dirty see photos.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were there on Canada Day, so many shopping places were closed, but the hotel told us about nearby places to eat. We ate at Dino's in Ingersoll. Very good meal. They had a good variety of foods and some interesting ways to prepare some traditional dishes. No one will ever walk away hungry!
The big antique mall in Woodstock (close by) was open and we spent hours there. It was easy to get around and the countryside was very pretty.

We were there for the funeral in Aylmer of a beloved family...
We were there for the funeral in Aylmer of a beloved family member, so we didn't explore Ingersoll at all, and truly know nothing about it -- excepte for the excellent accommodations we found there. It was worth the half hour drive to Aylmer just to stay there.
The breakfast was really good even with covid restrictions. I had bad breakfasts last year at other hotels so keep up with the hot breakfast sandwiches! There was a Tim Hortons next to the property and we were glad that we didn't have to go there for breakfast at all. The room was comfy although we could have used more table space and another chair so it was a bit smaller than we are used to. Everything else was really good
Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and bathroom was nicely updated. The breakfast area was large, very clean and had lots of choices. For a hotel that had construction going on, you don't notice it, except for the exterior. Staff was very attentive.
