We loved the location of the Birch, having the view on the lake was great! even if we had a lot of rain during the weekend, it felt very cosy and pretty!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with a visit to PEC staying at Villa Di Casa. Shawn and Julie have a beautiful spot -- less than 10 minutes away from Wellington's Main St and surrounded by multiple wineries and cute little spots to shop and peruse. Amazing hospitality! We stayed in 'La Amore' and the room was tastefully decorated, the bed and linens very comfortable and cozy which was great to fall into after a day of exploring the area. The Trevi-inspired fountain is lovely to sit by and the chain link fence adorned with engraved locks gives that Euro relaxed vibe. The continental breakfast provided is unequivocally better than ones typically provided from chain hotels because theirs is freshly baked!!! The croissants, cinnamon rolls, banana bread, and danishes -- all so tasty!! Lastly want to mention their little shop - Cup O Fudge. We were able to sample a full line of their fudge and they were delicious!! Ended up taking five different flavours home! We also received some of their cotton candy (which our daughter loved!!) Highly recommend and hope to return again soon! Thank you Shawn and Julie!!!

Kim was a great host, she made the booking easy & simple. She greeting you on arrival & the stay was very comfortable, peaceful & clean..home away from home. The scenery was amazing & you were greeted by swans daily. So beautiful, it was also close to many restaurants, shops etc.
