These rooms are unbelievably comfortable. 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette all in a massive hotel room. Also, it has a beautiful soaker tub. This suite gives you the space for your family to relax and feel like you're on top of each other. Plus, they allow dogs.
The "waterpark" is more for little kids. There's a small pool with a large water slide for the older kids.
They also have a computer room for guests to do a little work and print what you need.
The laundry is on the 2nd floor for guests, very clean and organized.
Seriously, I wish there were more of these hotels along our very long trip.

Full kitchen was fantastic to have for the purposes of our travel. The fridge and full sink were well utilized to wash vegetables and prep meals. Inclusion of hot water kettle a nice surprise. Dining area provided a lot of space and HD TV with inputs were great to plug in devices. Breakfast was served at the restaurant where there was lot of space and good quality hot items. Good selection of beverages, cereal, and baked goods.
Furniture didn't match and old dated but were clean and had a certain charm such as the reading lights built into the headboard.

I was very impressed with the number of businesses that High Level offers the public. I had landed at the airport many times but that does not give one an idea of what the town is like. I have spent two nights in High Level and the town seems to have a very progressive feel to it.

The staff was quite polite and helpful.
The staff was quite polite and helpful. The room was clean and tidy.
The only thing it took quite a while to fill the tub( to plug did not seal I had to use a plastic bag
as a plug)and the water was not hot enough. When the outside temperature is minus 21 celsius a hot bath is required!
1. Breakfast could use some creativity.
2. Otherwise the hotel was ok.

4. The parking at the back allowed us the opportunity to safely park our bus and trailer.
5. The hotel's proximity to food places allowed the luxury to pick various places to get food.
I've personally stayed at this hotel since 2006 when traveling through High Level, Alberta and will continue to book this hotel for brief travel. The hotel is located right next door to a Boston Pizza restaurant which is very convenient to tourists traveling through.
Hotel was very good. We really liked our room with 2 bedroom's and kitchen. Pool and hot tub were great too. Another thing I really like is, I could wash and dry our wet clothes we used in the pool. Breakfast was fantastic.
One of the reason why we booked in this hotel is because of pool, but then pool only open 4-10pm..we came late night at check out in the morning. Wasn't able to swim so it's kinda disappointing to us.
