The female staff member that checked us in was both friendly and helpful. She suggested a restaurant for dinner after asking what kind of food, atmosphere etc. that we were looking for. That restaurant was amazing (Bare Bones). The male staff member that checked us out in the morning was also very friendly and made us laugh.

We had the pleasure of staying at Outdoor Lovers for three nights and absolutely loved it. Bill and Milly are the most wonderful hosts and put a lot of thought into everything - from homemade, locally sourced breakfest to well furnished, super clean rooms. The room was renovated and much nicer than the pictures. It was cleaner than other motels I stayed in. It also has a Japanese Restaurant, so no need to go into town.

The hosts were friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to eat and to visit. The breakfast was first class, and healthy with locally sourced ingredients. The cabins were a little on the small side but comfortable none the less and the external shower was excellent, although afterwards I found paint from the shower on my feet 😄
