The breakfast was not a buffet due to renovations. It was a bag to go but good.
The beds were comfortable.

The motel is nothing particularly special but it's nice enough, and it's located very close to the waterfalls. The room was clean, comfortable, and very large. Good internet.

The location from the highway was perfect for us. The bed was so comfy. Don't expect a 4 - 5 star stay. If you are looking for an economical comfy sleep while travelling, this is the place. Not sure if they had breakfast, we were out early.
Just 1 minute drive from the U.S. border, this motel in Saint-Léonard, New Brunswick, features a heated outdoor pool. All rooms and cottages include free high speed Wi-Fi.

I liked the fact that the room was clean and comfortable
and the price was reasonable.
Some history in the town. We like the walk around, just make sure you have good footwear. We mostly eat at the Hotel. Would imagine there are things for younger couples. We are both in our 80s but still find things, just not as loud or fast like 10 years ago. If the falls is open it is good for photos & even if closed you see a lot.

Grand Falls Gorge is amazing, and the downtown core is cute and worth a visit. The best thing bout Grand Falls is the country side in either direction there is jaw dropping scenery everywhere you look once you get off the beaten track.

Would have appreciated a room in the main building, no Wi-Fi in the cabins which were very small, and next to a busy railroad. I would not recommend this place. Didn't even have clean chairs on the deck of our cabin so we could sit outside. Did not meet our expectations.

I would not use this location if you have bad knees or difficulty with stairs as the room I had was on the second floor with no elevator and the tall, wide staircase was a challenge for me, especially when carrying up luggage.

Grand Falls needs a makeover. It is tired.
Grand Falls needs a makeover. It is tired. CBD under construction so maybe it will have some attraction afterwards. Access and egress from the highway to B&B was totally weird. Not the B&B fault - city / province fault. Restaurant meal we had was bland and not at all memorable in any way. They apparently have no seasonings or spices in the kitchen. And it was apparently the best place in town. I will be leaving restaurant review on their site.

A lovely town, with a great main street with lots of places to eat. Although the Falls don't have a lot of water on at this time of year (we were told the best time is Spring), the rocks were still stunning to look at.
After 10 hours driving it was great to arrive. Staff so helpful, friendly and professional. It is in a great location just off main highway . The hotel has lots of amenities including a very well equipped exercise room that I did not expect. A nice little pub at night is a good choice and breakfast in the morning is quite good with quite a few offerings. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Will stay again.
I loved the view from the restaurant, and breakfast was great!
I was really impressed by the amenities in the room - coffeemaker, microwave, fridge, etc., and by the fact that there was printed information available in the room (some chain hotels/motels don't provide printed information about e.g., WiFi passwords, menus, etc. in the guest rooms anymore).
Great location. Only stayed 1 one. Room large, clean. Was unaware of the train tracks right beside the hotel. Apparently according to my spouse a train went thru in the middle of the night but did not wake myself up. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay again.
Well location near attraction “the grand falls and gorge walk”. Parking is free for all car parks around grand falls. Nice cozy room with very comfortable bed. The owner, Norma makes perfect and delicious breakfast.
Everything was new and clean, very clean, I havnt stayed at such a week kept hotel in ages. I was driving across the country and this was my last stop before home, i almost wish i had to stay two nights
Such a wonderful staff, walking distance to the “town” such as it is…there is not much to do in Grand Falls, but the lovely staff and comfortable room, with great breakfast make staying there a treat/
Friendly welcome by Norma - very gracious host. Room was exceptionally clean & comfortable. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Walking distance to the beautiful little town of Grand Falls
It was clean and well-located. The staff are really the best this hotel has, every person, from the cleaning lady to the receptionist, to the breakfast lady, everyone is super nice.
The continental breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at any hotel. I also appreciated that after an error, the staff did everything they could to remedy the situation.
This hotel was very nice I would definitely stay with Best Western plus again in the future. As for the breakfast included it was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel yet!
Good basic hotel, really tasty full hot breakfast (with sausages, etc). Has many amenities (a pool, a nice pond on-site, BBQ area, huge play area, etc).
