Crowne Plaza Fredericton Lord Beaverbrook, an IHG Hotel, hotel in Fredericton

Nestled along the Saint John River in downtown Fredericton, New Brunswick, this hotel is just 2 minutes' walk from the Beaverbrook Art Gallery.

Noise and door knocking and running up and down the corridor outside our room meant that at 10pm we insisted on moving rooms. Previous attempts from 4.30pm onwards failed to sort the problem out. In fact it got worse and the hotel seemed unable to control the noisy guests. Breakfast was ok.

A university town with the standard flights of traffic, students stepping into traffic, loud music, and average food in the Greek restaurant we chose. Lots of interesting shops and activities in which to participate.

    Total waste of money!

Total waste of money! We booked five rooms for one night and stayed only 7-8 hours. Our experience was far less pleasant than the expectations. All rooms were full of mosquitoes, floor tiles were broken, toilets flush didn’t work.

Great place for staying with family or friends.

Great place for staying with family or friends. There's an indoor pool and hot tub if you want to alternate between cold and hot. The beds are comfortable and clean. If you want to do gym, there's a good little gym with fair enough equipment. Also, the hotel is near to the mall, just needs a walk literally outside the hotel and there you are.

Tourist information ladies at info old city hall ..The one behind "The dude in the Nude" were very, no extremely, helpful -- not only for Fredericton but the whole of the surrounding area. Although some things were closed the self guided walking tour with well placed plaques, along with art galleries for the rainy times the trails along the river, & thebeautiful old homes and I got to Thurs.night market. Yes out of prov. free parking ticket. If you take your time lots to do . There are way toooo many choices for eating . Unable to tour play house -graduations going on ,the legislature was in a controversial uproare and something was going on at Christ Church Cathederal so didn't get to see the interior esp stain glass windows. My parents, FIL, and I traveled from Ontario to NB for my elopement. Check-in was delayed due to the hotel being sold out the night before. Ryan Campbell and Tristan made our stay and elopement day super easy and lovely. We were able to set up the Studio room for the ceremony just in time, as they gave us an extra hour to set up. This made my husband's and my day less stressful, we were able to take our time to get dressed and get ready. Thank you very much, Ryan and Tristan.

We had just travelled all day and were tired. The rooms were quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We had a very good breakfast before heading out again. All the employees(at the front desk, in the dining room for breakfast, in the hallways) we saw were friendly and greeted us in passing. This does not happen in other hotels. I will definitely recommend to people who are travelling to Fredericton.

I chose Days Inn instead an AirBnB (that would have been more conveniently located downtown) is that Days Inn has a pool. I had a pleasant swim each evening, as well as a soak in the hot tub which is all I hoped for from the hotel, so I was pleased. The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was great and consistently warm water. The mini fridge was a good size for storing drinks and snacks.

We booked the Ramada so that the kids could play in the pool, which they very much enjoyed. The hotel is superficially clean and well cared for; things worked as they should. I very much appreciated getting a phone call an hour after we had checked out, but still in the city, telling me I had left my phone charger in the room. I was able to go back to get it.

The staff at Quality Inn are truly the best - so sweet and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are sleek. There’s a small gym which is good enough for a quick workout. And there is a full spread for breakfast everyday - eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, bagels, muffins, and a full waffle station!

The location is quite convenient for visiting Fredericton with less traffic and easy to park. the facility is not quite new but felt comfortable and friendly. The room is not large and luxurious but clean and quiet. The room rate is valuable and affordable. I would like to stay again for the next trip.

Location as always an easy access from and to the Trans Canada Highway. And, being on the outskirts of the city you can avoid all downtown traffic. And location is within walking distance to many restaurants et al. Breakfast is decent enough and dining area roomy.
