Noise and door knocking and running up and down the corridor outside our room meant that at 10pm we insisted on moving rooms. Previous attempts from 4.30pm onwards failed to sort the problem out. In fact it got worse and the hotel seemed unable to control the noisy guests. Breakfast was ok.

A university town with the standard flights of traffic, students stepping into traffic, loud music, and average food in the Greek restaurant we chose. Lots of interesting shops and activities in which to participate.

Total waste of money!
Total waste of money! We booked five rooms for one night and stayed only 7-8 hours. Our experience was far less pleasant than the expectations. All rooms were full of mosquitoes, floor tiles were broken, toilets flush didn’t work.

Great place for staying with family or friends.
Great place for staying with family or friends. There's an indoor pool and hot tub if you want to alternate between cold and hot. The beds are comfortable and clean. If you want to do gym, there's a good little gym with fair enough equipment. Also, the hotel is near to the mall, just needs a walk literally outside the hotel and there you are.

Unfortunately we were there for a funeral.
The city is beautiful and lots of places to eat.
Beaches are great.

Parking was a requirement yet they charge you above the cost the room cost for each day parking
The hotel is old and the cost is high for a hotel needing work
the one advantage is the down town location

"The dude in the Nude" were very, no extremely, helpful -- not only for Fredericton but the whole of the surrounding area. Although some things were closed the self guided walking tour with well placed plaques, along with art galleries for the rainy times the trails along the river, & thebeautiful old homes and I got to Thurs.night market. Yes out of prov. free parking ticket. If you take your time lots to do . There are way toooo many choices for eating . Unable to tour play house -graduations going on ,the legislature was in a controversial uproare and something was going on at Christ Church Cathederal so didn't get to see the interior esp stain glass windows. Next time
Amazing stay, love the drive up outside rooms so much easier then lugging your luggage through a lobby , up elevators, down hallways lol they are far superior to any other rooms I've gone to with drive up parking. Honestly rooms were cleaner then most 4 ⭐ hotels.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend staying here.
Also the only hotel I've seen have an
Emergency epi pen & defibrillator station .
100% impressed with my stay. Will be back .
Breakfast the standard hotel buffet.
My parents, FIL, and I traveled from Ontario to NB for my elopement. Check-in was delayed due to the hotel being sold out the night before. Ryan Campbell and Tristan made our stay and elopement day super easy and lovely. We were able to set up the Studio room for the ceremony just in time, as they gave us an extra hour to set up. This made my husband's and my day less stressful, we were able to take our time to get dressed and get ready.
Thank you very much, Ryan and Tristan.
I chose Days Inn instead an AirBnB (that would have been more conveniently located downtown) is that Days Inn has a pool. I had a pleasant swim each evening, as well as a soak in the hot tub which is all I hoped for from the hotel, so I was pleased.
The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was great and consistently warm water. The mini fridge was a good size for storing drinks and snacks.
Comfortable beds, very clean and quiet. Convenient to walk or bicycle into downtown Fredricton (bike path is very close to BnB). Beautiful front porch to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or dinner. Breakfast was amazing, with a choice of about 6 different options.
Interesting old historical house. I would have loved to know more about it--a brochure on the history would be nice.
The location is quite convenient for visiting Fredericton with less traffic and easy to park. the facility is not quite new but felt comfortable and friendly. The room is not large and luxurious but clean and quiet. The room rate is valuable and affordable. I would like to stay again for the next trip.
Location as always an easy access from and to the Trans Canada Highway. And, being on the outskirts of the city you can avoid all downtown traffic. And location is within walking distance to many restaurants et al. Breakfast is decent enough and dining area roomy.
Breakfast was good. Room spacious and comfortable.Hotel lobby is spacious and bright. Nice sitting area outside with fire pits. Very nice view of golf course from room at back. Was able to check in early which was much appreciated.
The hotel is worth the price. I visit here one night on my way back home. They have a small bar that provides snacks and drinks which is a convenience for me. The room is big, and the bed is very comfortable.
Convenient location. Good and clean rooms. Gas station nearby. Perfect place to stop and rest for the night before continuing road trip without having to enter Fredericton city.
This is second time we stay here,Nice hotel have dog friendly room,.price are very reasonable .Room clean and bed comfortably ,would recommend this please.
For a value hotel it exceeded my expectations! Our room was very clean, comfortable and more than adequate for a quick stopover location for our family.
