Didn’t eat breakfast.
The hotel badly needs to be renovated. I paid over $200, it wasn’t worth that.

Amazing apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms perfect for a family. Well-equipped kitchen and everything new in the apartment plus a very large balcony and a nice view, close to the city center. Good facilities (especially the large underground parking) and it took us a bit to get used to no reception or person to ask questions, but it was all fine eventually.
I really cannot name one thing that we didn't like - it's pity that we couldn't stay longer.

You can park right outside your room so it's great for bringing things in and out and getting to your vehicle. Some essentials close by, groceries, dollar store, fast food, beer. lcbo, etc. Can even walk to these places. Wifi, decent sized TV, fridge....good storage for clothes etc.

The property was spotlessly clean and beautifully and tastefully furnished and decorated.
The location was fantastic, close to the highway and around an hour east to Toronto and an hour the other way to Niagara Falls.
Clean and comfy. Lots of room amenities like full fridge, dining table, hot plate, couch and desk. Pool looked nice though we did not use. Bathroom good, but shower could use an update.
Biggest complaint would be a recurring noise in our room throughout the night. Like a banging/drip noise that would start and then slowly stop every half hour to hour. We were so tired from our day that we did not have the energy to ask to switch rooms. Ice machine was GROSS!!!!!!

The staff were very and nice and accommodating as there was a fair amount of young hockey players in the hotel which can be quite rowdy but the staff chose to place us at the end of a corridor to help with the noise. It was very good.

But it was clean, staff was friendly, easy check in and out...Room was very quiet considering the 401 was right there.I love parking my vehicle right outside my door. Makes for easy loading and unloadng...Breakfast was the normal continental but no complaints.

Should have basic utensils like set of cutlery , a bottle of water for the guests' usage. When inquired about a universal charger or a power adapter same wasn't available. When guests travelling from other countries, these basic needs should be fulfilled.

As I said before..it was very unkempt ..lots of things not working. Hard to find.. sign was burnt out . Lots of stuff in room not working. Carpet falling apart. Key cards kept not working..had yo be rekeyed multiple times and opened multiple rooms. No breakfast as advertised. Overall very poor experience.
First of all, the staff were warm, welcoming and accommodating to a few small requests we made.
The grab-and-go breakfast in the morning was a nice touch; bottled juices, granola bars, fruit and hot/fresh coffee.
We liked that each room had a walk-out to a small patio area, and it’s convenient for moving room to room without needing to use the hallway.
Breakfast was ok concerning COVID-19, The room was run down, creaking in the sink, bathtub looked dirty because it was worn badly. The walls had the paper coming off them and it looked like they had a leak up above and there was mould forming on the wall. We couldn’t get another room in another hotel in our price range so we stayed anyway.
Check in was simple, and front desk was friendly and efficient.
The hotel room I had was very well equipped - coffee, fridge, iron, etc. and the bed was very comfortable. I was quite surprised, considering the pricing, at how nice it was. I would definitely stay here again.
The breakfast was another $20 on top of the nightly cost. That made the cost for the stay rather pricey, as I had no discounts. That along with the price would cause me to look for a cheaper hotel on my next visit. Donna Leonard.
