Good location and staff, though a wedding Saturday crowded out parking spots. Staff was excellent in reaching out when we left some gear in the room after checking out, and able to retrieve it before leaving town.

It's a nice place but we got charged $70 for things from the mini fridge. We didn't have anything, not even a coffee from the espresso machine because it costs money. I walked over to the Tim Hortons next door to get coffee. The mini bar was as full when we left as it was when we got there. Weve tried to talk to the manager but he doesnt "seem" to be available anytime. Perhaps they need to look at their staff.

The location was excellent. All the staff that I spoke with were great: front desk, house keeping, kitchen. The breakfast was excellent with hot and cold foods. Indoor pool and gym.

Not as close to Montreal as we would've liked. There was a great breakfast restaurant nearby. Much better than the hotel. We found a wonderful bakery, chocolate shop and wine store and brought lots of souvenirs from them.
The breakfast was good, the room was very clean and value was exceptional. I stayed the night before in Toronto at a hotel 3x the price and the value was not there. The room was dirty so I asked to change the room, the parking was $40 for an overnight stay and the breakfast was not included and was a whopping $35. The Comfort in had a free breakfast that included eggs, toast, yogurt, sausage patties and a waffle maker which was great, the room was spotless, the parking was included and plentiful. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
We picked this hotel for it’s location. The staff of the hotel were courteous and professional they made us feel welcome from check in to check out. The staff of the restaurant were helpful however for breakfast they were ill prepared and the buffet was lacking in hot food and it seemed it was an inconvenience for the cooks to prepare more. Having said this the supper staff were the exact opposite more than willing to help and with pleasant dispositions.
I received a voicemail when I landed I. Canada telling me not to come to hotel because they had no room available. I was traveling with 2 kids (7&3). The hotel staff said Booking.com should not have let us book it and show availability. I was stranded with 2 kids in a foreign country and not able to make calls.
The hotel staff are great and very accommodating. The room was very clean and well kept. I had a small problem with the fridge in my room and the staff had it all fixed and changed out with a new fridge within 10 minutes of me letting them know there was an issue. Exceptional service for the staff!!
I have stayed at this hotel many times and it has always been a good experience. It's location is close to where we visit which is it's greatest feature that I use. Bed's are great, room is clean, bathrooms are wonderful, restaurant is great but could be better if it had a buffet for breakfast.
The hotel is situated right by the highway so it makes it easy to go around. The room was a great and the bed was super comfy. The restaurant in the lobby and the pool are opened pretty late if you want a quick drink or bite or just go for a quick swim or just relax in the spa.
