Fredrick is a wonderful host. Brought us a memory to live in a 17th-century cozy room, a backyard with fantastics seaview. A totally different accommodation experience, worth a try. Yummy breakfast, food source originated from the island.

The room in general was dirty including the bathroom. Dust everywhere . The bathroom tiles with mold. The baseboards where black instead of white.
Beds are not confortable and they are not made well . We stayed for 7 days and the beds were never changed. Only two hangers for a 4 guests room. The mini fridge not clean and full of ice.

Good location off the main highway, easy to get to. The decor was a little tired and worn, but the suite was spacious and comfortable. We liked having a full kitchen, but could have used a couple more outlets for the toaster and coffee maker. The Levis ferry terminal is about a 20 minute drive with frequent ferry service to old Quebec city. We enjoyed exploring Quebec city without the hassle of driving.
