Overall a very spacious room.
Large private bathroom with both shower & whirlpool tub; walk-in closet and a bar fridge.
The owner is prompt with responding to questions. I met a family member who helps out with the care of the place. He was very friendly and he hoped my stay went well.
I was greatful for a nice quiet area to stay in, and not too far away from the General Hospital.
They do clean every day. Impressed with this.
There was a nice selection of toiletries to use, if you forgot to bring your own.
There was a spacious common LR/Kitchen area.
I didnt get to explore; as I was visiting a loved one at the hospital most of my stay and getting back late.
On that note, if you get back to your room late, and the driveway is full; thankfully there is a security service you can contact (a road sign was posted to that effect).
It allows you register your vehicle parked on the street; and the City will not ticket &/or tow.

Was a central location that made it easy to experience Ottawa. Clean room with a big bathroom. Good storage space for clothes. Comfortable and large bed. TV worked well and tea/coffee in the room for the morning.
