Property garden is excellent but staff should be a bit more professional. Customers dont like to be told problems of why things didn’t happen properly. More information should also be shared with staff so that they dont seem to know much about the property. Promising customers things and you dont even bother to give feedback is also unacceptable. We were promised by the Manager that a game tour will be organised for us but no feedback was given to us as why it didnt happen.

The grounds were pretty and the bed comfortable.
The grounds were pretty and the bed comfortable. There was loud music from the adjacent truck stop all night, the staff were unaware of our booking and wanted to charge us more, and the breakfast was offered off-site and didn't include the coffee as listed on the menu.
