Lovely location Meant for safari goers doing various bush activities as well as a comfortable place to sleep. Campsite also clean and spacious, good ablutions. Restaurant great food & beverages at really good prices compared to the rest of Kasane. Great staff. I stay here often.

A comfortable room in a garden setting. Irene, our host, was not there when we arrived but she made a point of coming to introduce herself later and ensure we had everything we needed. Unit is not close to any restaurants so Irene prepared a lovely chicken and veggies meal for us for dinner.

It is at the shore of the Chobe river going into the Chobe National Park. The area have lots to offer if you love nature. The people are extremely friendly and willing to help and to accommodate your needs where possible. Victoria Falls is not far away and perfect to combine it into your trip.

Kasane was great if you were looking only to have safaris and relax. Not much more to do. People were very very friendly, the food was good and had a lot of variety, it felt very safe. I would go back without hesitation

Excellent entry point for the Chobe Nationa Park.
Excellent entry point for the Chobe Nationa Park. So much mor convenient than day trips from Livingstone or Victoria.
Recommend also a visit to the crocodile farm

Kasane is tourist attraction place. It is beautiful for people who love nature and are not phobic to small creatures and animals because such are an occasional site see. It also near Zambia and Zimbabwe and one can easily make a day trip to the 2 countries especially the Victoria falls

Make sure about the food you can take with. In the stores you don't find some of the well known brands. There is no restaurants where you can have a proper meal. People are great, friendly and helpful. Love them

Has maintained natural environment but with modern facilities available. The people appeared friendly and helpful. Getting mobile phone sim card in shops like Shoprite wasn't possible. A change could be brought in on this area. Taxis are available easily. We had a snack from Shoprite, but there is Nandos at the same complex just about 2 km from the hotel we stayed in. An ATM facility allows withdrawal of Pula if you have VISA or other international cards.
Room was relatively new and cleaned everyday. Shower flow was good. The room had not only two bedrooms but also two kitchens, each kitchen had electrical grills, fridge and microwave. There was a supermarket next to the hotel, so we could buy food there. A variety of cutlery, dishes, glassware and tools were available. Even they offered cheese grinders. Breakfast was also nice. Menu changed everyday. Dinner at reasonable price was also delicious. Staff were very diligent and kind. As for surroundings, we could see many birds and their nests.
We've been in Botswana for two weeks and Top Stay Inn is the best hotel we've been. The owner, Richard, was so helpful, you can arrange any kind of tour/safari and transport with him so easily. He even arranged taxi for us while we were in Livingstone to visit Victoria falls. All the staff was helpful too. The rooms are new, big and clean and there's a shared kitchen you can use. If visiting again Kasane, I would stay at Top Stay Inn again! Thank you for everything Richard!
What a lovely resort right in Kasane. We had a very poor experience at the lodge prior to this one and so booked if very last minute (the morning of) and the place couldn't have been more wonderful. From the bellman who greets you at arrival through to the front desk team and everyone else we encountered while there. The place is clean, well kept and the grounds are very lovely (warthogs and monkeys right outside of our room!). Would absolutely come back!
Great location. Close to all the main attractions, as well as the mall and supermarket. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well done. The room was comfortable and very spacious. Use of kitchen and washing machine was available at a fee but very convenient to have that access. It felt more like a home than a hotel and gave a sense of comfort. Huge balcony as well which was enjoyable. I would definitely stay again and recommend
An oasis with beautiful airy gardens, two pools with facilites for dining, superb modern rooms, -really comfortable, and an amazing staff, allways smiling. Letty, a sort of leader when the big boss is not there, is allmost made of good mood, laughter and charm, and she was ALLWAYS ready to help and organize.
My friend and me enjoyed the stay here so much, that we prolonged with three additional days. A must try, the Sunbirds Hotel.
I was totally disappointed with this booking, They sent us to their sister hotel, absolute disaster, the room stank of damp, we had booked a river view which we did not get initially, had to walk down to the original hotel and cause absolute hell before they produced the manager.
Checking out took over an hour fighting for the correct amount, will make sure we never return.
If you feel home away from home, there is not much else to say. Idah, Dan and their team are such nice people who will do everything they can to help you having a wonderful time in Kasane/Chobe. We came back a second time and they helped us to organise our border crossing to Zambia. If we come back to Botswana, we definitely come back to Idah and Dan.
The owner Dan is very friendly and accommodating. He picked me up in town and offered to take me to the grocery store and bank. His communication was excellent throughout. He was the type of host that makes foreigners feel welcome in Botswana. I highly recommend staying here.
Excellent breakfast and lunch and a lovely outlook from the dining area with birds and warthogs providing entertainment during the meal.
The location is convenient but not noisy or crowded, and the experience has more local atmosphere than in a large hotel.
Sweet comfortable cabin and helpful reception. They helped us connect with local tour operators and their is a grocery store and good restaurant called Coffee Buzz nearby.
Lovely private rooms with a lovely view of the river. Location is good for getting into Kasane town centre, but could feel a little bit far out. Breakfast was delicious.
