New, artistic and cozy hostel, in a very quiet grea. Great place to stay in Oruro for a couple of nights and meet interesting travelers.
The staff is sooo kind and welcoming. Beds are comfy, there is hot shower and two well equipped kitchens. Breakfast is basic. You can pay by card and they apply fair exchange rates.

Be careful of buying things from the artists in the park (and anywhere). When you pay them with money, use coins and not bills. When you’re not looking, they will switch bills and claim you gave them a fake bill. Next thing you know, the police arrive and you go before the judge. No charges will be filed but you’ll have to come back to fight the charges on a later date (20 days to 6 months). Remember your visa is only good for 30 days. Good luck !
Friendly and caring staff! They greeted me with great hospitality. Upon check-in Fabiola and Liz were very helpful, attentive and catered to every need. They were able to provide some great suggestions during my stay. They made me feel at home. The service at Graciela Hostal was exceptional. We liked the fast Wifi, the breakfast, the big bathroom with good hot shower pressure and the private parking. The room’s size was very comfortable. Also the hotel has a tiny convenience store which was very handy.
