Amazing place: the Koprivštica (Копривщица) of the Rhodopi is a great source of historical culture and of special food ( as the hot bread you can buy on the road to the Ethnographic Park) and drinks ( the traditional old style coffee) . The Delyu voyvoda museum is extremely interesting and worth a visit.

My husband and I had a dream to vizit Zlatograd for several years. We are happy our dream became a reality in 2019. We hope we will be able to come back to Zlatograd some day. People there are exceptional!

Very nice small town.
Very nice small town. A beatiful Old Town where you can buy hand-made items. We visited different places close to Kardjali but we did not regret we choose Zlatograd to stay and to drive to Perperikon, Tatul, The Stone Wedding, The Stone Mushrooms and The Devil's bridge.
The hotel is a fabulous place. We received gifts from the hotel and I have to say this is how you win clients for life. The room was extremely spacious and the bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept on. The staff and especially Rosi from the reception desk was very kind and friendly. Everything was amazing and I truly can’t wait to go back in this little paradise.
We liked the whole place very much! The room was big and very clean, with sweet little balcony over the river. The breakfast was delicious and the host was so friendly and kind!
The location is perfect, just a few meters from the beginning of the old city!

Absentee hotelier - nobody met us when we arrived. We had to ask another guest to contact the owner and she told us to pick a room - however it was NOTHING like the picture on the booking.com. I’m quite disappointed with the fact that the owner did not meet us at checkin or contact us.
We were 3 persons and got 3 single rooms. My room had an odd smell probably because of some construction works that were taking place underneath. All rooms were clean and comfortable. Very close to the historic part of Zlatograd. The receptionist was very polite. The breakfast tasty.
Adriana is a lovely host, with great empathy, a lovely smile and extremely gentle. The location is very quiet and near to the center. The traditional Bulgarian breakfast was superb, and the mekitsa amazing, as well as the honey, the cheese and the tomatoes from the garden of the host

Great view, on the top of the mountain with very naturative environment. Sunny days and quiet nights. Friendly and smiling staff. Excellent food. Zlatograd area with the villages arround are nice.
A nice little hotel. Basic facilities but that's what the cost reflects. Didn't make it for breakfast butt he dinner was very good and reasonably priced.
Easy walking distance to old town.
The room was a really good size, with a balcony and air conditioning on a quiet street. The furniture was really traditional style. The breakfast was the best meal I had in Bulgaria.
Very clean and people nice. Thr owner doesn't know English but had a neighbor that help us checking.
The restaurant is a must see for traditional way of living from past Bulgaria.
