Amazing view! Batak Reservoir is really beautiful, even though we were there during the snowy winter! In the summer I'm sure it is full of water sports options. It is so calming and relaxing! Great place, like 2 hours from Sofia and you will feel the clean air and the wonderful mountains.

Tsigov Chark might have once been a beautiful and peaceful lakeside area, however, these days it is loud and dirty. There is trash all around you, there is no place to walk without a car or quad bike nearly hitting you. Unless you plan on coming to this area to fish in the lake, I would avoid it at all cost.
Great place, nice and kind staff. The view towards the dam is beautiful, the hotel is one of the last on the road which makes the walking to the dam very safe and easy. The kitchen was very delicious and super cheap. There is also a big barbecue which we couldn't try unfortunately, because of the short stay.
The idea to cover the pool with dome kind of tent was super cool because it was wet and rainy all the time. The old and tall trees surrounding the hotel bring amazing smell of oak, freshness and nature. Will defiini go there again!
Amazing hotel! Great value for money. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice balcony. The view was very beautiful, looking at the Batak lake. Delicious and high quality breakfast and dinner. All facilities were very well kept - the restaurant, the spa, the warm indoor pool! The staff were extremely nice and helpful. This hotel is 10 times better than all overpriced hotels in the near town of Velingrad! Definitely coming back soon!
The hotel is amazing. The rooms are spacious, with amazing views, huge windows so a lot of daylight comes in. They are also very clean and kept neat. The spa is very nice. The food is delicious and there is enough choices. The staff is very kind and friendly, always smiling and trying to make your stay even better.
Everything was perfect. We were accomodated in the old part of the hotel but we could use all the facilities of the new one. The food was nice, the staff was wonderdul, especially the reception girls. Very clean and comfortable spa center. Clean and warm room.
The view is amazing, the lady at the reception desk is super kind. You can eat at the restaurant in the main hotel building. Linen is snow white.
We were offered one of the houses at the lake front, that was a pleasant surprise. I loved it all!
Exceptional restaurant with very delicious meals! The staff is friendly and super polite. This is mu second visit in the hotel. The villa is a perfect choice here. Good balanced temperature in the pool and jacuzzi.
