Excellent location, modern new building and very responsive and helpful host. The room was spacious, with everything you need for a short stay, bathroom was well-stocked and comfortable, AC was quiet end efficient. I'd absolutely book again if I have to stay in Smolyan.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel in Smolyan. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The décor was modern and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. The hotel’s location was ideal, with beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Everything was just amazing! Great location! Amazing food in the restaurant as well as the breakfast, very varied and tasty. The staff were super nice, attended to every need we had.
We were a couple, but the hotel is also very family-friendly, it has some attractions for kids and a game room and so on.

The Hotel is located perfectly in the centre of the town where the pedestrian area starts! The room i was allocated was huge in comparison to what was expecting, it was very nicely decorated and with a huge bed, sofa, writing desk, large screen tv. The receptionist was very helpful, friendly and with a lovely smile, that was a reception :-) I'm not in the least disappointed with my stay here, in fact i'm very happy i chose this Hotel.
This isn't a "What didn't you like?" only a mention, the entry into the carpark can be a bit hectic and with a high kerb to contend with careful manoeuvring needed to get in.

It is an amazing quiet place in the mountain. I like visiting in the summer because of the views and hiking opportunities. I prefer staying in areas like Smolyan Lakes rather than the town or Pamporovo as I like to be far from people. There are a lot of hikes and places to visit (with car, short hikes and long ones). A lot of beautiful views.

It was not my first time in Smolyan but my first time coming...
It was not my first time in Smolyan but my first time coming here alone. I have been mostly in warmer months but I have enjoyed some nice weather as well - I managed to do some proper hiking - going to the Nevyastata area and to the Waterfalls Canyon, as well as exploring the Old Town and the New City center. I should confess that the length of the town is quite challenging even for a person who enjoys walking. I had to take a taxi to go to the Nevyastata but I walked back and it took me more than 2 hours. It was worth it though. I would definitely recommend the restaurant Bulgarche.

Smolyan is a beautiful mountain town in which friendly and helpful people live. Many cafes and restaurants with excellent cuisine. Clean air and great views. We are coming here for the third time, and I am sure that we will come here more than once.

Smolqn is a great city with kind and friendly people.
Smolqn is a great city with kind and friendly people. Many cultural places to visit. The national gallery and the theater are awesome. The near by mountains offer many trail walking possibilities and great scenery.
The restaurant Rodopski Kut is very good.
If you have the chance go and see also the 600+ year old plane tree.
Good value and enjoyable hotel. Great attention to detail in the furnishings and hotel generally.
Good and interesting local menu and enjoyable multi level layout giving a slightly quirky element in a mostly non descript town. Staff were mostly young and very pleasant although offered no advice or information unless directly asked.
It was absolutely AMAZING to stay in the hotel! The owner is such a wonderful and generous man! He helped us so much! took us to one of the attractions and after to our next hotel in another village! We are so thankful! and hope to visit again!!!
