Outside pool and mineral pool we're great ,a bit on the busy side but that's life nowadays. Good room ,shower was a bit too "wet room" tv OK no coffee and kettle which was down on reception at £2.50 levs which u would expect for free for guests.beds not made up for the night maybe cos we were only a 2 night stay.
On the downside when we were waiting for coffee the receptionist was on a private call and we had to interrupt her conversation even though she carried on.breakfast was OK too

The host was very friendly. She helped us with tickets for the rose festival. Communicatie was very good in English. The place was near centrum and rose festival events. Room was good. Beds very nice.

It would have been a beautiful place to stay if the Customer service was not so rude about a cup of black tea for breakfast.

Fantastic place. Lovely host and the accommodations were lovely. Impeccably clean and with toiletries and robes. There was also a fantastic restaurant on site, we sat out under the stars on the lawn. Super romantic and cozy. Two thumbs up.
